The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) could be defined as the core of planning of the
project. This could be used for dividing the project into several controllable elements. The
schedule of the project is an important part of a project. This would be able to communicate the
ways in which the project would be completed as per the defined schedule.
The Work Breakdown Structure and the Project Schedule could be defined as distinct
form of management tools. The project schedule is able to define the entire schedule of activities
and based on that the WBS is able to provide definitions to the entire activities.

7IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ONLINE PLATFORM
The goals of the system is based on implementing an online system that would be able to
collect donations on an online basis. The requirements of the project are a technical
implementation of an online website. Based on the definition of the project schedule and WBS,
the scope of the project is understood well. The project schedule is reasonable as it properly
defines the entire scheduled activities of the project fully. Based on the definition of the project
schedule, it is extremely useful for defining the future activities of the project.
