INTRODUCTION
Reflective Learning comprises of learning form which help student to acquire from
personal experiences through sharing their own thoughts. There are various skills which plays a
very important role for the students and contributes in getting good employment opportunities. In
case of Students, they undertakes various workshops for the purpose to improve their skills and
enhance their knowledge. The current report basically comprises of a placement diary as the
experience of being a manager in Pleck Balti. It is basically a restaurant in United Kingdom that
offers delicious Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine directly to the customer's door steps. The present
report generally comprises of a Brief discussion in relation to the different issues that could be
face during different tasks. In case of interviewers, they hire candidate having quality to deal
with tough situation in a better way. It also comprises of the evaluation of strengths & weakness
in order to get a placement opportunity. Moreover, there is evaluation regarding the
employability skills and use of professional development plan for the purpose to improve the
potential skills.
MAIN BODY
When it comes to individuals, there are multiple job opportunities available to them and it
is very important to choose the right path. There is a certain position in which an individual
could work in the company. The right kind of exposure helps in becoming practical. In reference
to Job specification, it involves different quality that contributes helps in achieving success in
the job position. As manager there are different responsibility in workplace that need to be
conveyance. There are multiple responsibilities and variations which need to be experienced in
the job position. There are various objectives and aims to accomplish certain target which is
fixed by management. I also taken into consideration tools for the purpose of improving
company's sales. It will also help them in expansion of their company in different region. I
always pay emphasis on motivation and boosting up productivity in workplace. The main
objective is to offer advantages to company through with became market's superior. I also had
deeply analysed job role and used different methods for the purpose of carrying responsibility in
a structured way. Being a sales manager, I need to obtain goals & objectives. It will also

support organization in carrying out their functions in a better manner. I will motivate staff
and use different strategies which had been heritage by me for the objective to support company
to accomplish various objectives & goals in market(Brice, 2022).
In case of Job opportunities, it helps in motivating the individuals to perform in a better
manner. In reference to my Job role, I was placed as a Manager in Pleck Balti. On my first day, I
tried to have a deep knowledge and better understanding in relation to my managerial duties. I
was really grateful and excited to become manager of such a wonderful workplace. Although, I
was really nervous being a manager. My major tasks comprises of managing the team and
assignment of tasks among team members. When it comes to team management skills, I am
really good at it and constantly take feedback from my team members. In my workplace, my
major task was to bring coordination among various departments for the purpose to achieve the
goals in timely manner. The success of a company totally depends upon the employee's working
and also I keep on motivating the employees in order to carry out operations in a effective
manner.
Personal SWOT analysis helps in understanding the areas which basically needs
development. Also there is a need of identifying strengths in order to perform the tasks in
suitable way. Also there is a need of identifying the weakness and finding out different solutions
to overcome these problems (Parry, Hill and Horsfall, 2018).

 My major weakness is that I cant deal
with work pressure which results in
causing stress and affects the mental

Through my Personal Swot analysis, I could identify my weakness & strengths so it is
essential to carry out a career plan. In addition to that, I will be carrying out needful actions in
order to deal with my weakness by taking care of update. Also I would be carrying out work in
a suitable manner so I could seek growth in future career. Through and through carrying
different activity I would be capable of achieving my career aim. Moreover, there is need to
enhance cognition through studies on constant ground as it helps in supporting the career
development. Also there is a key function of fetching online course for the purpose to use
technology for attainment of objectives. When studying on constant manner and forming
effective plan of study and I could be able to pull off work in better way(Chen, Tseng and Wu,
2022).
Skills of employability are considerably transferable which are essential for people
individual to get employment. Such skills are highly important for the purpose of carrying
work after placements. Also it could be understand as deep knowledge of skills set which are
important to allotted job role. Its essential to have right skill which are important by a
employee. I could use academic skills in better manner to carry on work after one is employed.
With the support of good communication skills, I could interact with customers & solve issues.
Also here is a need of abilities to act with customers & solve issues (Zhao, Zou and Boshkani
Zadeh, 2022). Critical Thinking skill are some other example of skills related to employability
as these are very important activities. These skills play a very important role in managing my
tasks. During performing job role, it become crucial to manage sense of discipline in
workplace. Language, clothes and habits of working must be professed so team members could
learn the same. Its very important to follow the work ethics in the organization. Leadership skills

plays a really important role in managing the team. Firstly, I assigned all tasks to members of
team as per their skill or capability in order to manage working. I constantly motivate to work
harder to achieve end result. I also offer direction to employees regarding work. I also examine
employees past performance and helping to carry out necessary steps. Leadership skills also
helped a lot in leading team in effective manner. Moreover, there is key role in relation to
employability skills as really help carrying out activity allotted to me after placement
effectively. Also it helps me a lot in maintaining conditions in company and carrying
responsibilities in a effective way. During working I analysed certain skill which need to
developed (Tyminski, 2018).
