INTRODUCTION
Reflective Learning comprises of learning form which help student to acquire from
personal experiences through sharing their own thoughts. There are various skills which plays a
very important role for the students and contributes in getting good employment opportunities. In
case of Students, they undertakes various workshops for the purpose to improve their skills and
enhance their knowledge. The current report basically comprises of a placement diary as the
experience of being a manager in Pleck Balti. It is basically a restaurant in United Kingdom that
offers delicious Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine directly to the customer's door steps. The present
report generally comprises of a Brief discussion in relation to the different issues that could be
face during different tasks. In case of interviewers, they hire candidate having quality to deal
with tough situation in a better way. It also comprises of the evaluation of strengths & weakness
in order to get a placement opportunity. Moreover, there is evaluation regarding the
employability skills and use of professional development plan for the purpose to improve the
potential skills.

is very important to choose the right path. There is a certain position in which an individual
could work in the company. The right kind of exposure helps in becoming practical. In reference
to Job specification, it involves different quality that contributes helps in achieving success in
the job position. As manager there are different responsibility in workplace that need to be
conveyance. There are multiple responsibilities and variations which need to be experienced in
the job position. There are various objectives and aims to accomplish certain target which is
fixed by management. I also taken into consideration tools for the purpose of improving
company's sales. It will also help them in expansion of their company in different region. I
always pay emphasis on motivation and boosting up productivity in workplace. The main
objective is to offer advantages to company through with became market's superior. I also had
deeply analysed job role and used different methods for the purpose of carrying responsibility in
a structured way. Being a sales manager, I need to obtain goals & objectives. It will also

tried to have a deep knowledge and better understanding in relation to my managerial duties. I
was really grateful and excited to become manager of such a wonderful workplace. Although, I
was really nervous being a manager. My major tasks comprises of managing the team and
assignment of tasks among team members. When it comes to team management skills, I am
really good at it and constantly take feedback from my team members. In my workplace, my
major task was to bring coordination among various departments for the purpose to achieve the
goals in timely manner. The success of a company totally depends upon the employee's working
and also I keep on motivating the employees in order to carry out operations in a effective
manner.

development. Also there is a need of identifying strengths in order to perform the tasks in
suitable way. Also there is a need of identifying the weakness and finding out different solutions
