way of controlling a project and is associated with helping in the monitoring,
tracking, managing of the risks, and communicating with the different
stakeholders as well. There exist different application tools in different
application systems which are eventually responsible for the allowing the
system applications in having a smooth running project. This tools are also
responsible for allowing eth reporting capabilities of the project managers which
si initially responsible for turning of the entire data fed into an information
which would be meaningful and would be helping in taking of the correct
decisions. Application system acts as a boon for any project manager which is
associated with allowing the project managers in managing and tracking of the
different kind of complexities in a project.
