The Content of week 9 topic discusses the role of project management
application system that supports the industries to implement ad execute
project successfully. This discussion demonstrates details organizational
behaviour and application of project organization structure and
integration. For successful implementation of any project the project
associates are required to follow all the project development life cycle
phases successfully.
At the absolute project initiation phase the project manager shod
conduct feasibility analysis to check that whether the project outcomes
are successful or not. I have learned that in order to reduce the rate of
project complexity the as soon as a project is divided into smaller
segments for each of those segments different resources are assigned. It
become the responsibilities of the resources t accomplish the particular
task within the assigned budget and timeline.
