1 Project Description
In this project, we are going to design a new project management office (PMO) for the ABC
organization so that inter-communication between the different departments can be centrally
controlled and monitored. It helps in bringing strong connectivity between the internal and
external staff members. Activity schedule of the undertaken project is prepared on the
Primavera Planner P6 for defining the accurate cost and time to the activities. Critical
activities are determined at the start-up phase of the project so that risks associated with the
completion of the project on time can be minimised. It can be done by completing the critical
activities over the other activities so that activities get completed on their scheduled time. The
