1. INTRODUCTION
The paper mainly reflects on the PMP20008 coursework that mainly focuses on the
initiating and planning of projects. The main of the project is to reflect on the
participation of the course by determining the lessons learnt and by properly considering
the actions which are taken for addressing the lessons as well as improving the future
study projects. In this specific project proper focus in on the framework of lessons learnt
as well as on the lessons that are generally learnt while undertaking the entire course. In
addition to this, the paper also reflects on the improvement strategies that are utilized for
improving the problems that an individual face while undertaking the entire course of
PMP20008.

analysed that I am not
capable of managing the
work that I do and as result
I face delay in completing
the project. As this course
reflects on initiation and
planning of project where
the entire focus is on time

challenging to face delay
related problems.
This situation made me
sad as I am unable to do
time management properly
and as result I was unable
to complete the work on
time and improper time
management is one of the
major issue which can
raise problems in my future
projects if I will not be able
to make the necessary
improvements within the
entire project.
After properly reflecting
this particular situation, I
learnt that it is quite
necessary to focus on time
management. In order to
improve the skills of time
management, it is quite
necessary to track the
work that are completed for
making sure that they got
completed on time.
Moreover, preparation of

are generally needed
within the project.
I have learnt that for

6. CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the entire report that after engaging within the course of
PMP20008, I have analyzed the significance of initiating and planning projects. The
reports also reflect on number of lesson framework that I have used for gathering
information and data. Moreover, the report reflects on the problems that is mainly faced by
me while getting involved within the course with proper strategies for resolving the issues
ad challenges that is faced me. Thus, it is found that the lessons that I have learnt from
this entire course has generally taught me how to manage my future projects and how to
focus on time management. The knowledge as well as experience that I have received
from this entire course have taught me how to handle my future projects successfully. I will
utilize both my experience and knowledge in successfully executing the projects by
avoiding the different types of risks and challenges that is mainly associated with the
project.
