2A. LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK
2.1 How I planned to gather and document lessons learnt
When I planned to identify
and collect lessons learnt
Who I planned to involve in
the process of gathering
lessons
How I planned to document
lessons
Throughout the entire
ongoing course
I planned to involve my
friends and my lecturer while
gathering lessons
I planned to take the record
of daily learning and lectures’
important points on paper
2B. LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK (CON’T)
2.2 What actually happened?
When I identified and
collected lessons learnt
Who I involved in the
process of gathering
lessons
How I documented lessons
Since I was not very regular
hence, I missed some
classes and thus, had to
gather necessary information
from other friends
Both the friends and lecturers
helped however, for being
very clear on the topics I had
to take a look at the Moodle
I used pen and paper for
recording the details
3.1 LESSON 1
1. Situation 2. The situation made me
feel…
3. What I learnt from
reflecting on the situation
During the week 3 tutorial,
we were being introduced
with the factors associated
with the project charter, and I
was introduced with many
points those can be difficult
for me to keep reminding all
the factors without any
record. I learnt about the
project initiation and planning
This was little frustrating for
me as I was not able to
proceed the future task
without looking to the lecture
notes. It could not be good for
me and my team with whom I
was about to be working in
future.
I learnt that the lesson learnt
gathering should be managed
and delivered throughout the
ongoing classes.
