Category 1- Organizational culture
In context of case study, female workers are consider less essential than male employees,
it define the masculinity Vs feminity organizational culture according to Hofstede model of
organizational culture. This type of culture impact on productivity and profitability of HG
company rather than before. With this culture, firm would not be able to achieve business
objectives and aims as well as it make them unable to get better results (Kava and et.al., 2018).
This kind of culture refer to impact of differences in female and male values on culture of
companies, where make applicants dominate their female labor will follow different rules as
compared to firms where females have major say in decision taking procedures of business.
Organizational culture topic is chosen for above issue that defines impact of company culture on
business growth and success of project. Power distance is another issue that has been identified
in this study, where employees cannot be able to participate in decision making process, that
directly impact on outcomes of project.
Category 2- Organizational structure
Organizational structure is considered as system that outlines how some actions are
directed in order to obtain goals and objective of business. In context of given case study, the
organizational structure of HG company was flat. Some local workers make complained about
firm structure that was disorganized and no one seemed to be in accountable (El Talla and et.al.,
2018). Furthermore, after analyzing case study, it also identified that organization did not seem
to be better at dealing with locals in common. It is another issue that affects productivity
negatively, and also impact on staff abilities. This kind of structure limit long term benefits of
company, it would not allow firm to obtain set objectives and achieve aims. When the structure
is disorganized, it directly impact on working abilities or capabilities of staff, which make them
unable to complete day to day activities or task on time. It simple words, flat organizational
structure can limit productivity and lead to a lot of wasted time.

Category 3- Communication and negotiation
In previous negotiations with Tanzanian government, organization assembled a
resettlement package which include notation of health centers and school in new locations. Local
people in Tanzania are not in favor of this decision; they do not want to make any changes
because it directly impact on their life. Another issue is high employee turnover due to
disorganized organizational structure. At that movement negotiation and communication
methods work effectively. Jones by utilizing their effective communication skills and negotiation
abilities, handle the situation. Communication and negotiation topic is chosen to solve issues of
local people as well as workers. With the help of effective communication, it is easy for Jones to
identify the problem of staff. After that they can find out the best techniques to solve it because it
is quite essential for growth and success of project. Furthermore, in order to satisfy local people
Jones also try to communicate with them, which help to determine their perspectives.
