The Polaris organization functions in three different ways to make sure that the artifact of
human trafficking is suppressed under all levels (Valdivia, 2018). There are three major
measures taken by the organization to make sure that human trafficking is reduced and the
impacts associated addressed so that people can be aware of how costly human trafficking is
within the society. In this section, the three functions of the Polaris organization will be
categorized into three ways which include.
A. Prevention measures the function of the organization on human trafficking
The human trafficking prevention measure is one of the important ways by which a
Polaris organization takes to make sure that the rights of people are advocated for. The
prevention measures are done through the implementation of the activities that aim at making
sure that human trafficking is prevented at all levels (Moghadam, Nicholas & Kristof, 2010). The
prevention measures advocated involves increasing the awareness regarding the high risks
associated with the human trafficking menace. The organization makes sure that the human
trafficking menace is addressed and taken seriously as one of the world hazards. The
organization mainly focuses on high risks groups and minor groups affected by the human

in this component involves raising and creating awareness regarding the phenomenon of
trafficking. The associated organization with the spread of the awareness regarding the issues
associated with human trafficking includes NGOs, concerned organizations and private sectors
(Momaya, 2019). This artifact of human trafficking is not dealt with by one organization but a
world aspect. It has become the attention of many organizations and world concerns the artifact

within the many nations of the world. The other prevention measure includes making sure that
the person with the diplomatic countries associated with human trafficking is equipped with
skills and relevant tools that can be applied for the detection and prevention of the emerging

sure that there is professional addressing of the issues related to human trafficking through the
right channels of the media tools to make sure that the information reaches many people cross

B. Policy advice function of human trafficking
This is another function of the organization based on the address of the human
trafficking and effects associated with it. There are methods developed by the organization to
make sure that human trafficking is suppressed once and for all within the affected countries.
One of the key policy advices taken by the organization is the adjustment of the legislation to
bring out recommendations on how human trafficking should be prevented in all areas (Brysk,
2019). Moreover, the current state policies regarding human rights are adjusted to makes sure the
issues of human trafficking are brought and discussed openly. This is one way by which people
become aware of the rights and how to identify issues related to human trafficking. One of the
best measures taken by the organization is equipping people with the right information regarding
their rights and what they should do to makes sure that they are not subjected to modern slavery
