INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice is related with teaching approach that recognizes the differences
between students so that effective learning can be provided. The present report will give
emphasis on having reflective account for own roles & responsibilities, etc. present study will
highlight policy framework that influences own delivered inclusive practice session, etc.
TASK 2
Reflection
Gibbs reflective cycle comprises six phases which involves description, feelings, evaluation,
analysis, conclusion and action plan. This is helpful in expressing my experience of working as
teacher in inclusive practice for addressing the needs of students. It has provided assistance in
achieving the significant ability to express the requirements of students by developing effective
inclusive learning environment. I have experience of more than 2 years in teaching the higher
education’s students, conducted various seminars for creating awareness, identifying needs of
individual & taking suitable actions, etc. that has made my profile as teacher strong there are
various roles and responsibilities which are basically accomplished by me that involves working
with organization for their policy formulation in order to offer the positive learning &
developments of staff. I have executed various seminars for promoting inclusive practice that
has given significant understand equality & diversity among targeted audience. I have other
responsibilities such as dealing with different personalities and overcoming their inappropriate
behaviors and make them responsible for adaptability for taking accountability regrading
conducted actions.
In my opinion there is relationship between my role & other professionals in this
inclusive practice. The main reason behind this includes that this relationship with other
professionals role has provided me assistance in own limitations, liaising in house & alternative
agencies in order to support students, working with learning support for special education needs,
negotiating with learners on behalf of me, etc. in addition to this, preparing material for
students, etc. has become possible for me.
Point of referrals that are basically used by me for meeting the individuals needs
includes disciplinary issues, special education evaluation, counseling service, organizational
resource, polies regarding support, referral processes includes traffic light system, students for

functional tutorial or mentor support, specialist subject support, work based learning providers,
etc. these are taken into consideration for assessing and fulfilling their needs.
There are various key features of the inclusive learning environment that has assisted me
to get the appropriate understanding about effective participation, removes barriers , anticipates,
respecting diversity, considering variety of learning needs and preferences, etc. In addition to
this, celebrating achievements, collaborative working patterns, etc. this all benefits learners to
get positive learning & development environment in turn achieving success becomes possible
(Lancaster, and Bain, 2019).
I have come to know that there are different strategies for effective liaison between n
professionals involved inclusive practice that involves having meetings, follow up, contacting
via phone & email, being updated and sharing recent information, etc. This all help in gaining
the appropriate ability to meet effectual liaison between professionals involved inclusive
practice.
TASK 3
Explaining how policy and regulatory frameworks influence my own delivered inclusive
practice session
There are different kinds of framework & policies that helped me to get the awareness regarding
the standards of quality performance which are required to be accomplishing through fulfilling
the roles & responsibilities, reviewing my approaches, etc. Working with other to promoting
inclusive practice so that effective action to meet individual needs of leaners in effective
manner.
Analyzing the way to promote equality and value diversity in my delivered inclusive practice

There are different ways which are used for creating opportunities for sharing &
celebrating, diversity, building positive learning culture so that greater student engagement can
be developed for empowering individual and encouraging team working for having quality
work can be derived (Gillett-Swan and Sargeant, 2019). This has helped me to promote respect,
supportive & learning based culture can be attained.

Analysing ways to promote inclusion into inclusive practice session
There are distinct form of the ways which are taken into the practice involves having
effective organization policies and procedure into consideration so that effective idea of
essential steps for meeting objective can be identified inclusion promotion has become possible
by using personalized form of teaching method (Brennan and King, 2022). This is helpful in
assessing personal needs of students so that proper tackling of discrimination, ensuring
eliminating of issues related with bullying & encouraging best actions to get greater
favourable learning culture.
Reviewing the effectiveness of my own delivered inclusive practice session
SWOT analysis has helped in assesses that skills that has helped me to analyse that good
communication, effective understanding of individual needs, solving problems like
discrimination & inequality. The lacking areas includes ineffective time management and low
politeness that has hampered by teaching deliveries. The opportunities that available is that can
become possible to grab learning & development trainer position in any company and get senior
teaching position in the same field. The threat is higher level of competition in the market is
prevailing which can be adversely affect my performance. From the formal evaluation of
students review about my performance it has been identified that all actions taken are found to
be effective for meting their individual needs. From the self-assessment came to know that
inclusive practice ahs been conducted effectively as helped by me strengths such as effective
communication & identification of individual needs. The weaknesses are lower level of
politeness which are required to be improved.

The strengths in relation in inclusive practice includes detailed oriented nature, adaptability,
organizing nature, effective & clear communication, etc. on the other side the improvement
areas are time management & politeness which has affected my performance in relation to

comprised policy & regulatory framework equality & diversity, ways to promote inclusion, etc.
