delegated are considering the political correctness too far. Political correctness have made the
social decline that is enhancing with every generation particularly in context to the area of
education, language and also right to freedom of speech (Habermas, 2018).
It has been seen that there are many groups who claimed that political correctness in the society
is justified in the efforts to sanitize the overall material which can be made through oppressing
the minorities. This is also considered as the best idea that can help to remove the words which
are offensive and can give positive impact on society.
According to people it has been seen that there are many racists and also the democrats who are
insane. The society should consider the actual facts so that it can be easy for the people to
convey their information or opinions with each other. It is important that every individual should
have freedom of speech so that they can communicate with each other but by having political
correctness can affect the freedom of speech. It can be resolve if focus is given on giving chance
to the individuals so that they can share their views and opinions with each other. It is necessary
for the people to share their ideas so that the decisions can be taken by considering the ideas and
opinions of the individuals (Goncalo, Chatman, Duguid & Kennedy, 2015).
But it has been seen that on the social media sites there are various issues which are taking place
in context to the language or the words used for the gender or for religion. So, it is important to
reduce so that freedom of speech can be maintained. It is necessary for the people to take their
own stand and speak what is ethical right but they should have equal right to share their views
and opinions as it can help them to feel free and good (Marsh, 2015).
