PERSONAL STATEMENT
Throughout my time dedicated to Politics and serving community, I realised the
importance of being upfront about helping people and supporting humanitarian causes. Being an
active part to the society, my education of politics and experienced gained within the university
throughout each course have helped me in being an appropriate contribution for the benefit to the
society.
As for my education, I have an ample amount of time in studying politics and applying
the same within different contexts. Throughout my time within the university of Sunderland, I
studied about how best politics could be merged with business and different aspects of
leadership. Furthermore, I also took a short course related to public speaking which made me
competent enough to deliver to a large scale audience. Moreover, I soon realised how important
it is to effectively learn how to best manage an organisation and thus, I studied and online course
related to International Organisational Management from Université de Genève. I require this
special program because a masters degree would help me in achieving better opportunities
present in the market and would be helpful for me to build an appropriate career where all my
education is effectively implemented into action and assist me in serving community more
appropriately.
In recent years, I have gained effective experience in relation to politics and serving
community and be of effective service to non-governmental organisations. For starters, I have
been quite active in the University as I took part in enhancing awareness about higher education
and promoting international education to ensure cultural integration. Furthermore, in relation to
serving the community, I acted as an agent for residents to discuss effective issues which they
experience related to accommodation. This has enhanced my communication skills which are
important for me for public speaking. I need this program as this would allow me to learn better
ways and enrol myself in better activities so that I build effectively on my experience and
enhance my political and management knowledge.
My education and experience have made me realise how important it is for a person to be
fluent in different languages which allows them to achieve effectiveness on international
grounds. I am fluent in English and Bulgarian Language and I know basics in Spanish and
Russian. This has allowed me to be quite active in serving communities at different countries and
be more politically sound. I am quite effective in voicing out my opinions through which, I can

be an asset for this program in persuading a large number of audience which could be of great
help in the future as I can be an asset in terms of being a leaders.
However, apart from education, I also realise that experience gained by a person is also
important. I have an effective experience in establishing an NGO, being an active member of the
Student Council, Political Student Panellist as well as a Public Relations Manager. I am quite
effective in terms of management and politics and seek new opportunities to further furnish my
skills and be a great service to community. According to me, such determination is required in a
student in a masters degree and my acceptance would benefit the university from the skills,
education, experience and consistency which I possess.
