INTRODUCTION
Stress management is a strategies, techniques or a tools which are used in reducing the
stress along with reducing the negative impacts stress which affect the mental well-being or
physical well-being. There are various kind of techniques are used in managing the stress such as
mental, emotional as well as behavioural strategies. Anxiety is a condition in which people feel
unease, fear and worry. As everyone feels anxious in their life at some point but in some case
this anxious condition is an ongoing problem. This report file discussed on the stress
management as poor stress can affect the learning, health and well-being of the individual. The
report cover the all topic related to the poor stress management.

Management of poor stress
Students in higher or in secondary education can face a broad range of stress which are
related to academic demands. Some of the research indicates that the academic stress can be the
reason in reducing the academic achievement along with reducing the enthusiasm or increase the
risk of dropout from the school. There are some of the list of most common cause of the stress
are discussed such as living alone away from the home, financial struggles, Academic pressure,
Relationship issues as well as conflict with a room mate or with friends.
Living alone away from the home- The transformation from high school to college is
exciting for many students because of their first time living away from their home. But
after sometimes they experience sadness as well as high stress when they get to realise
how far they are from their support system (Syed, Ali and Khan., 2018).
Commercial enterprise struggles- The rising cost of fee or other expenditure is a main
source of stress for many low income family background students. There is a study on
this topic has found that more than 70% of students experienced the financial stress due
to increasing the fee structure of academics.
Academic pressure- The one of the most common problem from which the student can
stress out is academic performance. There are variety of pressure were placed on student
by academic related to their performance which can make a huge negative impact on the
mental health (Srivastava and et.al., 2020). However, this academic stress lead to mental

stressed. The stressful relationship can make negative impact on the academic
performance or affect the mental health of an individual.
Conflict with friends or with room mate- There is a research which acknowledge that
the conflicts with room mate or friends can make a great impact on academic grades or
increase the risk of dropout from the schools or college (Muyeng., 2022).

satisfy and happy. Kids should incorporate it as this will revert their cognitive power
back. Regular exercise work as a aid to liberate development components in the body. It
is not that they have to got to gym daily but they can just simply practise mindful
activities or just simply go for the walk (Shi and et. al., 2022).
Healthy eating – Over stress can effect the diet as it either lead to binge eating which can
be the reason of overweight or can cause appetite loss in some which will effect the
growth. In both the consequence body don't acquire effective nutrients which is need to
be prevented on time. Students should incorporate high protein or fibrous rich food which
will support the growth (Reis and et. al., 2021).
Proper sleep – Student should follow the effective sleeping cycle as body needs rest to
function in a decorous manner. Rest is required by the body to boost immunity or to
