Introduction
The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between increase in
population and impact on various factors such as traffic, accidents and all casual problems. The
first two assignments highlight on the research proposal and literature review relating to this
research topic. The literature review of this research study puts forward discussion regarding
different problems that have occurred owing to increase in total population, such as- excess
traffic causing pollution, increase in number of accidents, increasing population leading to
poverty, child labor and illiteracy, environmental degradation, unemployment and
underemployment rate non-availability of facilities. The research proposal reflects on the
objective and scope of project, literature review relating to research topic. The effectiveness of
research learning process and the method by which business research helped me to develop
knowledge is elucidated in this study.
1. Evaluating effectiveness and your usefulness of learning experience
The learning experience while conducting the research was very effective in developing
analytical skills and knowledge relating to topic. With the research experience, I have learned to
integrate new methods by which research can be progressed in effective way. It also helped me
to explore my strengths and weaknesses in conducting this research study. In certain
circumstances, learning experience has been useful to implement new strategies in doing the
research study. Furthermore, it also facilitated me to complete the activities of research within
particular time limit.
The learning experience has helped to understand the value of doing the research study.
While conducting the research study, I have learned to explore different aspects of the research
topic. It has helped me to make proper judgements relating to adoption of new idea in the

research study. Furthermore, the learning experience has helped me to gather knowledge about
the scope of the research study. Overall, the value of this learning experience has been unique for
me.
2. Usefulness of the learning procedure
This learning experience has served me in different ways including – my future career,
course, program and life. The learning procedure has helped to increase growth of my career.
This research study helped to make in- depth analysis of about different factors that are
influenced by increase in total population. In addition to this, it facilitated me to integrate new
strategies in my work program. This in turn facilitated me to conduct the activities of research in
less time span. Besides this, the learning experience also facilitated me to develop as well as
address gaps in understandings of this research study. This learning experience has provided me
to encounter real –world as well as immersive experience while conducting the research study.
The knowledge as well as insights gathered during the research study will be transferred in my
future research career through integration of new strategies, methods and connecting learning
goals into various activities.
3. Describing objectively the learning procedure
The learning procedure involves four different methods, which includes- converging,
diverging, assimilating and accommodating processes. In this specific research study, the whole
research has been done in teamwork but our supervisors facilitated me to show the right path in
completing this research project. Moreover, this learning procedure provided me huge
opportunities to enhance my knowledge while reading about changes in economic conditions as
well as increasing population and its impact on daily lives of human being. Apart from this,
while doing this research, I came to know about the policies and measures that the government

of respective nations have taken to combat with increasing population in order to avoid risk of
casual problems. Moreover, the learning procedure also helped me to observe different incidents
and know about certain problems that the people of different nations experiences due to
increasing population. The data collected also helped me to analyze the facts relating to this
research topic. It also helped to do further analysis about the research topic.
4. Usefulness of the business research in the research learning process
Business research in research learning procedure is useful to obtain accurate outcome and
draw proper conclusion of this research study. This helped me in working towards attainment of
the project target within specified time. It facilitated to improve my abilities in doing research in
particular domain as well as understand various problems related to this research project. In
addition to this, it aided me to do understand the reason behind such casual problems occurring
from increasing population and do further analysis from the findings of research. Furthermore, it
also helped to enhance my concepts about this research topic as well as improve listening skills.
This in turn enabled me to comprehend and compute the data gathered for doing the research.
Other benefits of doing business research in learning procedure are- corroboration of
more facts, more viewpoints, more facts and greater frame of understanding. As the team has
been involved in doing this business research, it helped to improve my communication skill and
gather ideas from other team members in conducting this research. Business research has been
useful in learning process as it helps to test the validity of hypothesis of this specific research
topic. However, proper validity of research helps to draw proper conclusion from the research
outcome.

5. Reason of adoption of specific activities
The main reason behind reviewing the literature of this research study is to assess present
condition of the research study. The activity of reviewing literature of this research has been
adopted for collecting information regarding the research topic from various journals, articles
and recent facts of the nation. The information collected from journals helped to understand
about the authors point of view regarding this research project. Moreover, this activity has also
been integrated in conducting the research in order to establish direct relationship between
increase in population and effect on various factors such as increase in traffic, unemployment
and other casual issues. Apart from this, this activity has also been done for identifying the gaps
in literature review of this research. In addition to this, the business research proposal activity
has been integrated for determining objective and scope of this research project and reviewing
the literature of this topic in details. Furthermore, the proposal has been done in order to identify
important questions regarding this topic that require further research analysis. This activity has
also been adopted to highlight the significance of this research study. It helps to collect more
information about the research topic, which in turn will help to obtain accurate outcome of study
and complete the research successfully.
6. Plan behind learning application in future
I intend in applying all acquired knowledge and skills adopted in my future career
program. I also intend to do further research about the impact of rising population on the
economic activities and other casual problems. Moreover, I also aim to apply the knowledge
gathered in my area of learning process. I will try to propose new theory or concepts for
establishing direct relationship between rising population and its effect on peoples daily life
