Professional development plan is the tool to identify the own skills and knowledge
towards the work. This is the document of the professional development which is created and
managed by the manager of the company they identify the skills and knowledge of the staffs and
support the employees for achieve the future goal also achieve the objectives of the business.
There are different CIPDA HR professional areas such as organizational design, organizational
development, Resourcing and talent planning, learning and development.
Organizational design
Organizational design is the tool that helps to identify the objective of the company.
Organizational design helps to manage the business by change the long and short term structure
(Stewart, 2014). Also, helps to asses the current needs and then design the structure which
suitable for the company and the last the structure are implement for achieving the goal of the
company.

Organizational developments helps to develop the different strategy for improving the
business. So development is the necessary for every business which enhance the business
performance and adaptability.
Resourcing and talent planning
Resourcing and talent planning helps to business for select the right people for the right
job ( Bates, Phalen and Moran 2016). The HR profession work in the areas for recruiting, hiring,
and selecting the right People to create and achieve the competitive advantages of the company.
Learning and development
Learning and development helps to company for enhance the motivation among the employees
by organizing the training and development program, also Developing learning and strategy plan
to mange the talent of the employees (Rubens and et.al., 2018). So HR professional use the
learning and development programme in their business to enhance the motivation and also
enhance the work.
This Report will focus on the resourcing and talent planning area which means this report
is described the position of admin clerk is that HR professionals recruit the employee for the
position of admin clerk in their business. The main objective of the portfolio is that it is focus on

company (ten Cate and et.al., 2015). So I have improved my written communication in the
university that helps to my future growth. For enhance the written communication skills I have
carefully understood the feedback and recognize the area of improvements, I have attended the
different seminar programme to enhance my skills, practice the writing skills and read widely
and set the target that I have managed my work on timely. So this all is the best way to improve
my writing skills and increase the future growth. So in the university I have improved my written
communication skills which helps to my Career that I can work on a good position in any
company.
In the university I have enhanced my confident by presenting yourself in the
classroom In university there are many activities to boost the confident such as class room
presentation this is the best way to enhance the confident. I have express confident towards the
work so this is the best way to enhance my own ability. So basically increasing the confident
towards the work it is the best way to improve your own personal ability and achieve the future
goal for their career. So for boost the confident, I have improved my work and presentation skills
which also helps to establish the self confidence. Also, follow this statement 'Do not
underestimate yourself and overestimate the competition'. This is the best way to improve the
confident towards the work.
In the university I have also improved my ability of Times and self management it is the
very important in the life of student. It is the essential part of the every organization. Also, the
manager of the company want that every employees should have ability of time management. I
have also development the own skills of time management when in am studying in the university
So I have balance my all work according to the priorities of work, also set the target then manage
the time of work, Further I have also attended the different seminar and lectures that helps to
improving my ability also I have found my study partner who also want to improve their own

So there are many skills that I have learned in my journey of university, and then these skills
helps me for providing the better placement in the Gist ltd for the position of admin clerk.
There are many Skills which I have improved when I am work as an admin clerk in the Gist
Ltd.
As an admin clerk of the Gist Ltd. I take the ownership of own learning and
development. So I have improved my own skills of numerical and statical skills. This skill is help
to enhance my future growth. So I have improved and practice for using the different example
and then discuss the problem with other so this is the best way to improve my own skills. Also , I
have attended the different workshops to improve the maths, numerical etc. also, involves and
take responsibility and volunteering to solve and working with the numbers. So these all is the
best way to improves the numeracy skills and enhance the ability of work which solve the
difficult problems of the company. So I have improved my skills that helps for my carrier for
improving my job position and financial position.
Problem solving is the important skills that every person needed in their own personality.
As an admin clerk of the Gist Ltd. I have improved the ability of problem solving because I can
Work in the difficult situation so this helps to improving my future growth as well. Also in the
Gist Ltd I have improved my skills because now I am able to use the different methods for
solving the problem. Further I am able to solve the complex problem, also able to help others for

Decision making is the tool of process of making important decisions so I am working on

focused, confident, and optimistic. Before I can make decisions, I have understood the clear

Before starting my professional career, I have learned a lot during period or journey of

to managed team and work in group of many students. While I just passed out of University and
grab many opportunities which contribute in professional and personal career or life
development. My academic journey is incredible, it makes me able to perform or work perfectly
which is quite beneficial for me as development and improvement. I can communicate within

team of many members effectively during post graduation project submission. I can find out the
best outcomes, make project appropriately by understanding my another group thoughts and
ideas. I hear many thinks first time in class room and try to learn and understand it as soon as
possible. I try my best to work under team or group of people's just to gain more knowledge
based on many purposes. In university I learn how to accomplish and fulfil responsibilities given
by my teacher and other students. My journey in education organization is fantastic as the entire
journey teach many things to me that positively impact on my career and make me able to
perform well and better than anyone.
I just passed out my post graduation and currently work as admin clerk in Gist Ltd
company. Organization is known for its best work and services and product which they delivery
to its customers and increase profit through this. While working in this company I will be able to
communicate with my team members within same working platform. Communication is one of
the most essential process that helps to communicate with another person and also support to
accomplish given project on time. As I can communicate with other effectively that is very
beneficial for me. With the helps to working in team I can be able to collaborate which is quite
important to feel comfortable at workplace. Collaboration in working actions or practice
whereby person work together to same purpose to gain or achieve business objectives and
benefits. Collaboration make me enables to work or perform with other person to achieve

my knowledge more and more rather than before. I can be able to solve issues or any problems
