HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE
DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?
As employability enhancement could be generally said to be according to
individual’s enhancement which usually improve skills, experiences as well as
capabilities over a regular period of example. There are 10 artefacts which is
important prospect as well as it is as explained as follows:
Photos as well as samples of work carried in class: In in order of this artefact I am
capable to improve my working skills as well as capabilities along with that I could
relate myself through a wide range in terms of opportunities that could be developed
by me in carrying out a specific period of time which could help me in having
assistance in long term future success.
Personal SWOT analysis: As in terms of these artefact I am capable to understand
about my strength as well as weaknesses according to that various challenges as
well as modifications are to be carried by me so that my personality in terms of
working abilities could be improved.
Personality development plan: This plan helps me in having assistance to have
working from various situations with my positive strength in order to resolve
various weaknesses of mine. As I started working very deliberately and with this it
is important as well as needed level of changes which are to be used in modest level
by which I could myself get a measure of modification in my capabilities.
Reading log 1: as a support of this reading log i have kept clear analysis as well as
focus in terms of my career planning during different conditions. In this my
capability could be said an important adjustment in terms of employability skills that
could be enhanced in terms of learning opportunities so that I will be able to
represent myself in recognised business.
Reading log 2: As it is said to be an artefact that I enhanced my capability in terms
of study skills along with learning materials that I am able to get learn about
different ways in which personality as well as professionalism of mine could be
improved in an effective way.
Resources for job hunting 1: In terms of these artefact I enhance my working

effectively e along with that I got hunt with different types of jobs which are offered
by competitive market places. In this I had made different uses of websites through
online which is LinkedIn so that I will be able to grab various effective career place.
Resources for job hunting 2: As in terms of this fat I am capable to determine
different sources along with that I have find different jobs in support to various
applications. Along with that I got selected as well as those jobs are properly
matches my skills along with my ability.
Academic resources 1: It basically help me in accepting together proper information
which is related to market place that could help me in having academic learning for
having more strong skills.
Instance of job description as well as personal specification: As in this artefacts it
is important as it provides me various benefits which are offered that could help me
in having long-term success as well as developing my opportunities on timescale
basis. For this my career development as well as and has mint in different factors in
terms of growth could be achieved.
Blog: In this artefact my technical understanding as well as managerial skills are
developed through professional as well as personal development of myself
