each and every mini task to finish at university, although few scholars taking up a task out
of their interest and passion. I am elisa willomas studying in management university. It can
assist students to boost and improve skills and broaden students horizon of thinking. It
helps me in attaining goals on deadline as well as it also assist me in developing skills. This
helps in in improving my weakness and developing my inability. This teaches me in
completing goals on deadlines so that I can be more productivity for my organisation. It Is
been analysed that this concept teaches me in improving personal skills so that I can be more
productive as well as be more confident. I have developed various kinds of skills while
working on task. Along with that I have seen that I have developed some new skills that
increases my creative skills and innovative skills. This makes me more valuable with in the
company. Although I have learnt about social media as well as exploring new things online
and offline both . In this task I want to make Personal Development Plan for my own through
which I will try to centering on the sphere where I need to work upon in order to achieve my
short, medium and long-term verifiable. So to start the process of developing a PDP for myself I
would like to beginning with my launching and my vocation way till date and my future

mercantile investing section and my career objective would be to become the director of
institution building tract in succeeding period. My object is to open my own fiscal invest farm
