TASK
Summary
A reflective portfolio is a written record that poetries the primary activity and other
responsibilities of a specific situation within an organisation. According to the agreement, job
analysis evaluates the space of critical abilities, information, and capabilities to perform specific
exercises or to fulfil a given work. A job description can also be viewed as a list of a few
assignments and commitments that must be met in order to complete a given task. The reflective
portfolio also remembers the required capabilities, working conditions, and a variety of other
variables. Work descriptions, I believe, are essential for understanding the wide range of job
requirements. A refractive portfolio is also regarded to be a summary of an individual's ability to
earn money, along with certifications, experience information, and other features that need to be
accessible for them to be regarded for a specific job. The creation of a portfolio aids in
understanding an individual's work. Managers also use portfolios to determine the effectiveness
or ineffectiveness of work performed by employees or individuals. During my studies, all the
given sources are really useful for me on constant basis. I prefer to create portfolio including
several elements which can help me in analysing my overall performance of doing work. There
are several evidences or documents which are being used in the formation of portfolio which
include photographs, guest speaker events, class notes, tutor notes and many more. During the
development of portfolio, I worked on the development of several skills such as communication
skills, learning style, presentation skills, reading skills and many others. The major reason behind
the selection of the explained documents in the development of portfolio is enhancing learning.
Because it has been found that the learners can learn easily and effectively. Through the use of

different sources, the teachers can make the things more understandable to their students. The

information but also making the proper use of non verbal communication. The body language of
a student is a language unto itself. The more dynamic the effect, the better (Cziráki and Kovács,
2018). Through the study of feedback from students, it has been analysed that the teachers who
talk while walking around are performing very well as compared to the teachers who are siting
and reading the text. The best choice is to incorporate evolution, non - verbal description with
expressionistic speaking style, highlighting essential thought with periodic event and accent in
the voice of individual.
