Career Planning during the Covid-19 Lockdown
There are number of things I learn from the pandemic. My schedule plan extended and
online classes were very new to me (Bintani, 2020). However, I am able adapt new changes and
make plan accordingly for example various online platform use for effective managing things.
Build my LinkedIn profile which help me in contacting different people and know what present
requirement of industry is for example: Someone told me Artificial intelligence playing
important role in business and it will be future and hence I am taking couching of it. There are
number of skills which improved with the help of online tools such as Time management,
problem solving and hence positively impact on personal as well as professional growth. Taking
help of friends and professor again contribute in solving various types of problem. I work
according to PDP it was just that things in the initial period become complicated but after
sometimes able to work in effective as well as organised way. Yoga and other form exercise help
me in focusing things and hence quality work can be done on time.
Study skills and learning materials
There are number of skills improved from PDP as well as it prepares me for upcoming
challenge and now I can work effectively and timely. There are number of materials which are

used in accomplishing various task such as online couching, primary, secondary sources etc. I
have understood that hard work pay and hence have to perform effectively and on time.
Resources for Job Hunting 1
I have created LinkedIn profile which helps in contacting various people which can help
me in professional as well as personal growth. However, it is time consuming to create profile
and hunt people related to field. It will help me in getting job easily as I have reference of many
people.

I have make account on various job sites such as Monster, Job hunt etc. and hence
number of people check my profile and asked me for work with them. It will be best way to get
job as number of company available. However, there are number of fake people on this places
and sometimes they ask money for job.

I have taken help from many and journals for academic goals. It will be best way and
authentic data can be analysed or used. However, it is time consuming and also effect on
submission date of work and learns things (Chen and Huang, 2017).

challenge and opportunity.

Reflective Summary
I have learnt so many things during the module such as how to handle difficult task and
the way in which i will get success in future. There are number of challenges that occur during
university course such as i am not able to manage time for various types of things initially but
after some time these artefacts help to do things well and in proper order. I have taken so many
photographs during sessions of my work which help me in recognize my work and hence it helps
me during my exams. It also gives better ideas what was taught during classrooms, webinars,
workshops etc (Howard, 2019). Recognizing various types of work will be easy by clicking
pictures and save in memory of mobile. I has also conducted my personal SWOT analysis of
mine which helps me in understanding various types of strength, weakness etc. and hence i am
able to understand negative as well as positive things which affect my skills. In strength I found
that i am good at leadership and team participation and hence work with anyone with full
enthusiasm and on the other hand note taking again contribute in recognizing work easily.
Weakness such as time management, problem solving skills etc. again become barrier in taking
decision on time and hence my results effected from it. Opportunities such as i will able to
become manager easily because of leadership quality but has to work on my problem solving
skills so that it will not become issue. Professional development plan also created by me and it
help me in developing various types of skills on time and hence can be prepared for corporate
world. PDP also support in professional growth and various types of quality can be developed
with the help of it. I have distributed various types of task in parts and work on it according to
Professional development plan and hence performance enhance with it. COVID has highly
affected work as well as life but because of proper planning I am working well and hope that it
will not create problem in my future. There are number of online channels which i used for
developing various types of skills such as communication, software, problem solving etc.
Professors and friend support increase my motivation for doing things well and in effective way
and hence able to accomplish my goals easily. Most important that I have analysing during
module is breaking task rather than complete work for example: distribute question of
assignment and focus on particular activity on one time and hence work can be done in effective,
planned and organised way. Skills that developed during this module will help me in corporate
work where work load is high and a personal with professional quality will get higher chances. I
also contacted with different people on LinkedIn after analysing my quality so that their

reference will help me in getting job (Bachik and Kitzman, 2020). Also taking couching for
Software and other related professional skills which are lack in me and I will be preparing for
upcoming challenges as well as opportunity.
