 It is essential to identify that an individual need to overcome from various issues and problems
as if they have several kinds of skills to perform for their job role.
 In regard of this, various types of skills are useful for the career development and helps in
improving overall personality like reading, confidence, presentation and so on that should be
easily presentable among several individuals.
 For this, people need to undertake different types of skills that allow them to deal with various
situations to perform several task at the given period of time.
 Moreover, after analysing the importance of prominent skills, I get to know about the major
challenges that I face because of the shortage of various skills.

 Furthermore, undertaking the notes making skills at the time of learning is essential to any
learner who has the capability in terms of preparing notes in their classroom.
 The suitable skills tends to bring effective development in me and makes me more calibre to
prepare my own notes by making me efficient to perform assigned task in an effective manner.
As by this, I can easily develop my learning and gain something new and innovative.
