INTRODUCTION
Reflective practise is the easiest form, it is related about thinking and ability to reflect the
actions or engaging the process to continuos adaption and learning. It is the continuous learning
process where the individual person recall their own actions as a source of personal and
professional development. Reflection is not about learning, actually it is related to the personal
experiences which lead to learning and personal growth. Mostly teachers and students are use
this for doing the successful learning and improvement. In this report it gives the portfolio and
talk about the refection on the basis of some pictures.
MAIN BODY
This report will conclude the reflective summary bases on 12 pieces of evidence and
highlighting the learning based them.
1- Picture
This very interesting activity, I enjoy allot and it also helps me to develop learning skills and
build my decision making skills. In this game teacher give me a short task that they ask me some

question which is related to the buying decisions. An given task that, I have to start with the
arrow and follow the maze until the out the arrow and then give the answer which I related to the
buyer decisions.
2- Picture
In this game, they give some words to the students and ask them what is the meaning of this
words and mostly students answer correctly and me too, but we don't notice that only first and
last latter be at the right place, the rest can be mess. But still we are able to read this correctly
without any problem, so this research proof that human mind are so advance they are not read
whole word they just read first and last world and make the world itself.

This activity helps me to develop my thinking and learning skills, this task involved effective
reading, writing tests and want to write those words which I think they are specialised words and

they should not be changed by doing the phrasing After this underline the worlds which I
change.

This is like a survey form, in this form they ask some questions and we have to given answer and
this survey form ask my strength and weaknesses my aim and many more things which related to
my self development. This survey form helps me to analysis myself and support me build my
confident. This survey helps me to prepare myself for my interview.

I learned about the fashion and style industry and investment beneficial for me start any business
in future and I also learn digital marketing tools which can I can use to promote my small
business to attract the customers by making online website and social media platform to build the
relation with new customers.

In this picture I learned about the business model, which helps me to making a company plan and
earn profit. They support me to identify the product and services of the business plan to sell and
find the target market by anticipating the expenses I learned that it is important for setting the
new business or any established business.

In this image I learned about the individual development plan, this plan is very beneficial to
develop my skills, and helps the me reach their short- term and long term goals which is related
my career, as well as improve my current job performance. This activities support me to reach
my target by doing some practices or courses, they assist me that how much time I take to
develop my skills.

I learn non-verbal communication which includes facial expressions, tone of voice, body
language to doing communication with others, it is related to the manual languages without
saying any words. I learn that communication is the process which involves the understanding,
this elements such as source, message, channel, receiver, feedback, environment, context and
interference to doing proper communication. This elements are base of any communication.

In this image in learned about the code hint which allow me to insert and edit the code quickly
which helps me to reducing the typos and other common mistakes. Along with I can also use this
features to see the available attributes for a tag, available parameters for the functions. This code
helps me add smart hints which support me to doing proper editing.

In this image I learn about the money mangmnet, which helps me to given knowledge related to
the budgeting, investing, saving which can I use in my future. It refer to the narrowly investment
management and portfolio management. Along with I also learn some tips which helps me to
improve my finances such as tracking my spending to improve my finance, I need to create
realistic monthly budget, pay bills on time and so on.

This image helps me to doing effective communication it is very essential for me to for my job.
Because communication is very essential part for any activity, without effective communication I
am not able to share my views with other people.

In this image I learn about marketing, kn ow a days it is very important for any business or
organisation, they helps the business to promote their product and attract the customers.

Conclusion
In this report, based on portfolio and reflective summary on the basis of twelve images. Based on
this images it gives the reflection, what they learned ion this image and every image is different,
some are based on games, some are related to cases study and so many. This learning teach the
effective communication, marketing and many other things.
