INTRODUCTION
Portfolio refers to a set of various documents which are related with a person and can be
quite helpful in the future (Bianchi, 2018). In this report, there will be detailed focus will be
made on the way the project workshop activities have helped a lot in developing social and
ethical awareness and responsibility.
MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a student who is studying in the university. In our university, we are
given specific projects and assignments to work on as students. Thus in this way this can help a
lot in ensuring that we are able to attain our specific goals and objectives in the future. Mini-
Project workshops which are conducted in our college are quite helpful for this particular
purpose.
The mini-project workshops can be extremely helpful in ensuring that the overall level of
goals and objectives for the future can be attained highly effectively and efficiently. These
workshops included a study on diverse topics like the development of time-management skills,
development of personality etc. In this way these workshops can lead towards the development
of social and ethical awareness and responsibility within a person.
In the workshop, a session was conducted on the social responsibility of a person towards
the society (Jiang, Xu and Liang, 2017). Thus in this way this can help a lot in ensuring that the
fulfilment of this type of responsibility can be done which will lead towards the attainment of the
goals and objectives without problems and issues. Also I will be able to contribute towards the
society in this way. Also the use of different sessions was made so that the development of ethics
can be done. This can help a lot in ensuring that the ethical way of doing things can be developed
as a skill.
Therefore, the use of mini-project workshops has been very useful in ensuring that the
overall level of short-term, medium-term and long-term goals and objectives are attained. This
can be especially helpful in ensuring that the proper planning can be done appropriately without
facing problems and issues.
The reading logs were helpful in ensuring that a proper understanding of the project to be
done in the future was developed. Photographs of work completed in class can help a lot in
ensuring that the the completion of the work can be done within the set time-period. Reflection

on project work can help a lot in meeting the learning outcomes as the weaknesses can be
identified easily and work can be done on ensuring particular improvement in these weaknesses.
Examples of Academic Writing can help a lot in ensuring that the desired improvements can be
brought in Academic skills and knowledge in the right manner without problems and issues. An
up-to-date CV can be very helpful to make sure that the candidate is able to display his/her skills
in getting a good job in the future. Thus I can say that these particular artefacts can help a lot in
ensuring that development of skills and competencies for the future can be developed.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that Portfolio is a set of documents which can
help in ensuring that the development of skills and competencies can be developed appropriately.
The mini-project workshops which were conducted in the university can be highly helpful in
