INTRODUCTION
Portfolio is summarised account of individual experiences that they go through it include
records that can be further review by individual in order to enhance their learning with past
experience in effective manner (Folianto, Low and Yeow, 2015). Project include individual
reflective account that involve resection in which reflection of performance in group
presentation, academic and professional skill scope of improvement and development plan is
included.
Reflect on performance in the group presentation
Within this reflection of my performance in group presentation is been discussed by me
that duly facilitate different type of changes within. During the group presentation there were lot
of things and knowledge about different topics that have been acquired by me, that will aid me in
gaining future growth development. While have performance group presentation it has been
identified by me that I mainly lack in communication skills and find difficulty to effectively
communicate with others. However they were different type of measures identified by me
through which I can enhance my communication skill in effective manner. Further it has been
evaluated by me that I am having strong interpersonal skill that help me in developing my
personality and academic performance (van Seggelen-Damen and van Dam, 2016). Along with
this I understand the importance of time management skill within an individual life. During the
group presentation I improved my time management skill in order to effectively imprecise upon
each and every task accordingly. In this I maintain to- do- list to accomplish my all objectives
and activities in time effective manner. Further it has been identified by me that in the course of
group presentation cooperative skill have been improved by me through which I can allow
myself to easily work with other individuals in effective manner. I also acquired leadership skill
through which I motivate other individual to accomplish their responsibilities and roles in a well
defined and effective manner.
However it has been identified by me that there are a number of mistakes that I made
during group presentation. By evaluating all these past mistakes I learnt to overcome them in
future by adopting different skills and measures. This evaluation of my past mistakes helps me to
undertake new opportunities to enhance my knowledge on different aspects. During the
presentation confidence and interpersonal skill provided me significant advantages through

which I flawlessly perform my roles and responsibility. These skills also facilitate me to
undertake different type of measures in order to enhance the skills in which I lack in. Thus, it has
been evaluated that by overcoming skills like communication and technical I can effectively able
to enhance my personal as well as professional growth as all these skills aid an individual to
undertake many future advantages through which one can perform their roles as well as
responsibilities in best effective manner. All these knowledge, understanding, skills and learning
helped me to efficiently manage all my communication skill, interpersonal skills and time
management skills while completing this presentation.

According to the discussion it has been identified by me that I mainly lack in two skills
that are technical and communication skill. These skills play key essential role in an individual
personal and professional life, as with the help of communication skill individual can
communicate their views perceptions to other individuals in a well defined and effective manner.
Communication skill provides effective sense of expressions to an individual that aim them in
delivering their ideology and thoughts among others. In terms with technical skills it has been
evaluated that due to increase in technological presence around the world technical skill mainly
facilitate effective education or profession (Barnes, Ernst and Hyde, 2017). Thus scale provides
different type of benefit or advantage thus, by leveraging efficient technical skills I can not only
perform my roles and responsibility with great proficiency but also assure long-term success.
Develop an action plan
Action Plan assists an individual to evaluate their weaker areas that hinders their process of
a completing desired objectives and goals within appropriate time frame (Olson, Dune and
Lessey, 2016). In context to this action plan proves to be an effective measure through which
development and improvement in certain knowledge and skills can be undertaken while
identifying shortcomings. According to my evaluation I mainly lack in two essential skill that are
communication skill and Technical skill. In order to overcome this action plan is being
formulated by me through which I can accomplish my objectives in significant time period.

CONCLUSION
As per the above mentioned report it has been concluded that time management play key
essential role for an individual that allow them to manage their different activities in effective
manner. It provides individual an aid to accomplish their objectives and goals while increasing
performance efficiency. Time management allow individual to maintain to do list and fulfil their
set goals by taking small steps.
