This assignment focuses on the development of academic study skills through a portfolio of evidence, reflective practice, and research analysis. It begins with a portfolio showcasing the development of academic skills and the importance of mental health. A significant learning incident is reflected upon using Gibb's model, covering description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, and action plan. The assignment includes an annotated bibliography of three sources, summarizing their findings on the impact of COVID-19 on mental health and the importance of addressing mental health issues in students. It also explains the process of identifying relevant sources for academic work and assessing their credibility. Finally, the assignment interprets qualitative and quantitative data from a research article, evaluates the quality of the research, and discusses the relevance of the findings to health and social care practice, emphasizing the importance of understanding mental health in both qualitative and quantitative terms.

from childhood to youth through old age.
1.2Reflect upon a significant learning incident using an acknowledged model
Gibb’s model of reflection
2.1: Collate an annotated bibliography for 3 sources, summarising findings This model was
developed in 1988 by Graham Gibbs for evaluating the various learning experiences. This is a cyclical
structure assist in learning and planning so that individual can identify their mistakes and make
corrections by making respective plans and changes. It involves 6 stages which are discussed below:
·Description: I am currently a student of business management who was involved in learning various
aspect of managing business. There I have learned lot of things which help in my future growth
and success. To complete operations on time we have to divide them according to their respective
field so that resources and time can be utilized in effective manner. My teachers assist me in my
coursework and transferred various skills and knowledge so that I can successfully perform
operations in practical life. The results of this study is very positive and I got good marks in
exams and assignments.
·Feelings: I have performed well in examination and results are very good which is positive aspect. I
am happy because outcome of this course work is highly appraisable. The time was equally
divided for each and every assignment so that I can easily complete them without any difficulty. I
