Part A: Justification
1. Several distinct principles for the inter personal communications skills with its
significance
There are several kinds of inter personal communication skills that could easily take
an effective part to maintain active as well as significant communication. This
communication could be of two specific types. They are as follows:
i) Non Verbal Communication: The first and the foremost type of communication is
the non verbal communication. This type of communication eventually includes a
communication that is being expressed by the specific body language and body gestures. It is
between several people by means of sending as well as receiving cues that are wordless.
ii) Verbal Communication: The second type of communication is known as the
verbal communication (ACS 2018). The proper sharing of various types of information
within the people with the help of speech is termed as verbal communication. All the people,
who are working within the requirement of a business effectively, utilize this verbal
communication, which employs properly understood words and also the ensuring that the
stress or tone of voice is appropriate. Vocal communication is extremely important and also
the flow of this communication is also vital within the entire procedure. For the purpose of
inter personal communication skills; the skill for active listening as well as the meaningful
trading is essential (Scott & Garner, 2013). All of these practices would be helping for the
proper interpretation of communication.
2. Skills of Team Work
Team can be defined as the specific group of various people, who are working
altogether on any particular project. This type of skill for team work is solely dependent on
effective and proper communication within the team members of project team (Frederickson
& Rohr, 2015). This team work comprises of the process of decision making as well as the
distribution of module for work within the various members of the team. These effective
decisions could be taken by the specific team lead within the project team.
3. Communications with the help of Verbal as well as Written Forms of Communication
In all of the cases, this verbal communication is extremely effective. In some of the
cases, the written communication is properly applicable as well as is required to be properly

organizational authorities.
4. Oral Presentation
It can be defined as the involvement of attention to all the requirements of the
audience, attention for delivery and careful planning (Frederickson & Rohr, 2015). It is a
form of verbal communication.
5. Importance of Ethics, Codes of Behaviour and Legal Issues
The importance of the ethical codes of conduct as well as the legal issues is important
in maintaining the morality and rightness of any work.
6. Common Practices in Australian Work Place
These common practices within the work places within Australia mainly include the
proper maintenance of ACS Codes of Ethics or professional conduct (Miller, 2017).
7. Improvement in Organizational Processes with ICT
The utilization of ICT eventually helps in delivering the company with accurate or
effective solution in a smaller span of time within a cost effective way.
8. Role of Emerging Technology in Communication
Various emerging technologies such as IoT and ICT are being operated on the
Internet. These technologies have helped users in connecting effectively. Communication
development is done by all the emerging technologies.
