“ICT students should focus on improving their technical skills during their study rather than
soft skills, for example, interpersonal communication skills. ICT professionals are tasked to
write programs, configure networking equipment, development information systems and/or
solve technical problems. They are not required to communicate with other people as much
as businesspeople.”
Answer:
After analysing the above mentioned statement several aspects has been accounted.
Followed by the mentioned statement it has been mentioned that there is no such necessity
for the ICT students to develop their soft skills, it has also mentioned that rather than
developing soft skills they must take care of their technical knowledge. However, as per my
convenience I fell that for ICT student there is a significant necessity of communication skills
as well as the technical skills. In order to support my view point I would like to elaborate that
however, the ICT students requires high technical skills in order to perform their tasks, they
also need effective communication skill as it will help them to communicate with different
types of customers as well as with other stakeholders. Effective communication skills in an
ICT developer holds a significant impact towards reducing the development errors as due to
this the customers or the other stakeholders can efficiently interact with each other in order to
clear their requirements.
As an example it has been identified from several organizational operations that

After the investigation of the reference link and the above mentioned paragraph it has
been noticed that both the contents are quite similar, since in the paragraph the application
and the usability of machine learning as well as in the referred link it has also discussed about
the utilization of machine learning and IoT. Followed by this aspect it has been noticed that
the provided reference can be used for the above mentioned paragraph as the above paragraph
is about the machine learning and its application. Whereas, the contents present in the
reference link is also about the application of machine learning. Followed by this aspect it has
been also noticed from the above scenario that the utilization of the reference in this above
mentioned paragraph will not be any case of academic misconduct as in this paragraph
several data has been used from the referred report. Hence, it will not led any academic

In order to complete the above task I have used the information related to the
referencing which has provided me the knowledge of effective utilization of the references in
any report of research paper. Followed by this aspect it has also helped me to understand how
to evaluate the reference sites for utilizing in any paragraph or research paper. Hence, it has
been noticed that it needs to check the Authority of the paper, purpose as well as the accuracy
of the reference site. Followed by this in order to complete the above task I have effectively
investigated the abstract of the mentioned reference site as well as the provided paragraph
from which it has been identified that both the contents are quite similar. Since, the above
task has demanded to determine the accuracy of the provided site I have opt for the strategy
to evaluate it by investigating its accuracy, authority as well as its purpose. Thus, after the
above task it can be stated that the above task has been successfully completed.
