INTRODUCTION
Personal development covers the activities which make improvement in the awareness
and determine the talents, facilitate the employability, contribute to realization of aspirations and
increase quality of the life. This is regarded as key to be success for student as this supports a
person to explore the awareness and determine the improvement area for future. Present report is
mainly divided in three different tasks. The first task discuss regarding Plymouth model that
assist in forming up better decision through evaluating situations. Second task is related to
reflection of student in context of stated about the experience in university. The last part is
related to the action plan related to improvement area.
TASK 4
My university experience until now was excellent as I learned so much here and could
improve my skills and knowledge with the aid of all the instructors and the teachers. When I was
at this university to study, I was nervous and did not know much about how things are going,
how I'll manage, however as the time goes by, I got adjusted to the this atmosphere and started to
grow myself which helps to prepare me for future career. In the university, my teacher and
colleagues was very supportive. If I faced any kind of issue, I consulted with my teacher and
they give the proper solutions. In order to portray my entire experience, I use the Gibbs model
developed by Graham Gibbs and learn through reflection on observations to make productive
work and issues which are not yet achieved can be changed by corrective steps. This offers a
structure to examine experiences and despite its cyclical nature, offers especially good
opportunities to learn from repetitive interactions, allowing thinking about it and preparing stuff
that went too well and did not go very well. This also allows people to focus more closely on
interactions, behaviors or events. This includes a description, feeling, evaluation, analysis and
conclusion in five phases.
Description- When I entered in the university, I feel different and I was in hesitated to
talk with the teachers and the other students. At beginning of my studies while I was speaking in
this university, I was not familiar about the course actually entails, a range of activity events.

That was therefore very difficult, but I am active in a variety of activities but these were steps to
improve my level of study. My tutors assign several classrooms to gain a deeper understanding
of course and also to develop our competences and abilities in this respect. One of the
presentations was one of most thankful tasks which enabled me to learn so much. So my
presentation task is to be reflected in, where we need to present the entire course and theme we
need to study as well as prepare. This was very difficult though because I have not prepared the
plan and effectively presents this because I've never done it before. But this was a step forward in
learning new skills; I want to become more effective. I have therefore agreed to break the entire
mission into a few tasks to make it easier to execute with more emphasis. My teacher gives me
the guidance as well as instructions about preparation of the presentation and how to present in
front of other teachers and students in a better manner. Other than this, I have therefore arranged
and assigned all tasks equal time to each of them, which helps me in presenting assignment on a
given date. Some tasks I have been assigned during my visit to the university were group
conversation, reference checking and a lot more.
Feeling- When my teacher give me the assignment, I feel nervous and thinking about to
complete the tasks or activities in a better manner and within given time period. I was pretty
anxious when I was assigned to the project because I did not know very well what to do and how
to accomplish it. But then I am agreed that tasks would be divided into sub activities, and
according to myself was a wise idea, and I was able to work smartly because it made my job
easier. It is probably too, but not absolutely, because the allocated time was not right because it
took a lot of time. It is because when I began researching the subject I was identified and began
collecting data, it took me a lot of time because I didn't understand what to include in the
presentation and how essential it would be. Nonetheless, I wanted to take note of some of the
relevant details from of sources from which I analyzed knowledge on one hand to provide clearer
information by combining all of the understanding. While it had to take tasks and effort hard, it
eventually helped me with such a high quality work to complete my task.
Evaluation- I had the great experience and I was able to fulfill all the requirements of the
tasks in a better manner. My experience during the assignment I was allocated was fantastic as I
learned many things. It discusses some developments over the course of the years and I came
into contact with a variety of positive and poor encounters. Through the entire journey, I have

been able to know how to better and quickly carry out the assigned mission, items to consider
during planning and presentation, and how to perform research on a subject, etc. In contrast to
this discussion in the school, I was also able to speak about a well-known subject and present it
to my mentor. All of which contribute to enhancing my communication skills and presentation
skills through my understanding of the various tips and tricks that should be considered in
preparation for a lecture was a very great experience for me. Other than that, all my research was
interrupted because all information was researched and collected, which also left me irritated. I
did not have prior contribution in making presentation more knowledgeable and efficient,
making it difficult for me to make preparations it.
