Strategic Level Decisions are the decisions that are related the long term directions of the
organization that helps in growth and development of the organization in relation to the other
companies which have the same level of working but due to cost based limitation they cannot
operate in their own country and that's why have a joint venture with the other foreign companies
that can help them to perform better results and can prove to be cost effective.
Tactical Level Decisions are the decisions which are being implemented by top level managers at
hierarchical level and they can help the organization to grow and develop on the grounds of its
high operations(Anantatmula and Thomas2010).
Operational Level Decisions are the decisions that are to be provided by day to day operations
and performs the daily transactions that affect strategic planning in direct ways. These decisions
are the backbone of the organization that caters to the growth and development of the
organization.
So for Posh Nosh being a food outlet start up , the management, employees needs to cater all the
decisions that can be evaluated at all the levels so that the company can attain growth and
