INTRODUCTION
Organisations which are having less financial needs and which are having number of
employees less than 50 can be stated as a small business enterprises (Blackburn, Hart and
Wainwright, 2013). It is a suitable option for a business entities which are having a plan to start
their own business can use this. This business model is having less need of the financial
investment and efforts of the human resources by which they can get more better profits. The
present report is based on the Posh Nosh Limited which a small scale enterprise working in the
UK, they are working in the restaurant business so it is essential for them to manage their
employees as per the needs of the customers. This report is having focus on the performance of
the business of the company to analyse the weakness of business activities. After it some
recommendations has to be adopt to the Posh Nosh Limited in their business activities which are
given in the report. SMART objectives can be helpful for the company to make effective
decisions on the different aspects of the company. So they have to adopt these changes to
improve their business activities and as well as their revues.

Posh Nosh is a food restaurant working in the UK and they are having their focus to
deliver better products and services. It is a newly started business in the UK and they are having
limited number of store in the UK. As they are working in the retail food restaurant so they are
having a focus to provide proper customers assistance. They are having single proprietor ship on
this business and they are having managers on different level of management which helps to
company to deliver better services in the account of customers (Battisti and Perry, 2011). They
are providing foods and drinks in to their targeted market. As they are working in the food sector
so they are having an objective to provide better products and services as per the customers
needs and make profits by them. They are having flat management structure to organise business
activities. They are having target on the those people which are having an interest in to the foods.
But most of the customers are having a specific demand in the taste of the dishes in which some
times they can not provide better work according to the customers.

STRENGTH
They are having experts chef which are enough capable to provide test to customers as

their number of customers and as well as their business revenues.
WEAKNESS
Limited number of employees creates a problem to manage customers which is
hampering on the business revenues.
They are having different departments in the organisation so some time it is not possible
for them to make co ordination in between the teams to provide better products and
services.

make proper ficus on the business so they have to make proper analysis of the sales, production,
marketing and human resources by which they can make better services for the customers

essential for them to make an appropriate comparative analysis on the basis of the sales and
marketing to improve their business activities. Some of the points are given under below to make

Sales: They are having an increase of 10% in their sales from the last financial year which
provide detail that they are working effectively for the customers and they are providing better
services to the customers.
Marketing activities: The restaurant is using social media to maker their followers and increase
the marketing and promotions of the products and services. As compare to the last year they has
increase number of followers by 19% which shows that people are interested in the foods and
