leadership skills are important in positive leader but to being a good communicator and
motivator is major skill that is needed in the police officer to being a positive leader. The
study has been concluded that productivity and well being can be improved by POS strategy
that is perceived organisational support strategy. Lastly PPT had been analysed that
necessary skills can be developed by various exercises and practise such as; training, self-
efficacy, programs that enhance communication skills, etc. and their impact on the strategy.
