Positive leadership is a strategy that assists the organisation to perform in an effective manner
while under pressure. It aligns intimately with commercial strategy for higher level of
performance. In this system, a shared purpose is there to boost up the stakeholders by creating
value for them. Every positive leader holds an authentic passion for their business and possessed
value-based foundation. According to Kim Cameron (2014), “a positive leader has certain
positive psychology to raise tonnage of happiness on the planet”.

In this present presentation, a discussion has been done on the characteristics of positive
leadership and certain strategies have stated here. The strategies are important to deal with the
