As compared to several functional aspects that are associated with leadership function
within the internal environment of the organization, it is considered to be an understandable
part that, some of the major behavioral aspect that are related to the system of positive
leadership function on a complete basis demonstrates certain basic concepts (Blanch,
Antino & Rodríguez-Muñoz, 2016).
Behavioral part which is related to positive leadership generally involves many sets of
activities which are basically taken from the side of individuals under position of influence and
power for the purpose of motivating and cultivating others through several mechanisms
related to empowerment, collaborative assignment and engagement towards meaningful
work.
According to the above-mentioned statement, on a complete basis it can be stated that
certain behavioral aspects associated with the system of positive leadership promotes well-being,
