The specific goal was to make myself more efficient and also to initiate workplace
harmony within the organization (Wood et al. 2015). I believe that workplace harmony is one of
the most essential part aspects for developing a sound work culture. I could achieve the goal of
making myself more efficient by reflecting on the past experiences and also by focusing on the
presentation. This is because the employees must be secure and happy at their workplace and
they must learn from all their past experiences or past mistakes. As per the opinion of Jordi
(2011) reflection is “activity in which people recapture their experience, think about it, mull it
over and evaluate it”. I believe that this theory is accurate as it helped me and my co-workers in
thinking about the mistakes that we made in the past and to learn the ways of correcting them.
The intended audiences were my co-workers. I wanted them to develop a positive feeling
about each other and cooperate with each other at their workplace. The theory of managing stress
seems very relevant because there have been instances where I saw my coworkers becoming
nervous and being unable to manage stress. This part of the lecture has been helpful in making
them understand about the effects of stress management and how they can cope up with the same
(Joyce et al. 2016). The theory of initiating workplace harmony is also one of the most
important concepts of the presentation. I felt that there was a lack of proper harmony among my
teammates. I had to tell them to improve on their communication skills, discuss their workplace
experiences. A re-discussion round was also conducted where I talked about the importance of
the workplace harmony.
I feel that perspective enhancement session went well in the presentation. This is one of
the basic things that I wanted to inculcate in order to make it more interesting for my teammates.
All my co-workers realized the importance of positive thinking and they said they will
implement it in their daily lives. I felt that the stress management session has to be developed by

appointing some stress management experts. I will also try to conduct a communication session
so that the employees can communicate and also cross question during the presentation session.
