2PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Consistency of project results with business case
In order to determine if the project results are consistent with the business case, at first
it is required to determine whether the project is kept on its original project timeline. The
project manager should determine project progress by updating the project schedule on
regular basis. A weekly evaluation is done at end of project stage to update the schedule to all
the project stakeholders (Kerzner, 2019). Quality review is also done to check quality of the
project management practices by checking if the project deliverables are delivered as it is
planned.
Identify project goals attained
Marchewka (2016) mentioned that measuring the project goals to be attained or not, it
should require to determine if the project objectives are achieved in provided framework. If
the project is completed on scheduled time as well as estimated budget, then the project
manager can meet with its project objectives to achieve project goals.
Analyze stakeholder satisfaction
The satisfaction level of stakeholder is analyzed by measuring the perception of the
stakeholders of the new website development project. It is also measured by asking the
project stakeholders to rate the satisfaction on numerical scale.
Online survey is conducted to know as well as measure the satisfaction rate of the
stakeholders with project progress. The project manager generates list of the questions for the
stakeholders to collect input (Heldman 2018).
Brainstorming session is also conducted to get input from the stakeholders involved in
scheduling meetings as well as facilitating discussion about progress of project team.

Analyze project cost and benefits
The cost and benefits of the project on website development is calculated by dividing
the project benefits by project cost for calculating the benefit-to-cost ratio. The benefits of
this project is analyzed by measuring benefits of taking actions minus cost linked with taking
the actions (Papke-Shields & Boyer-Wright, 2017). It also includes tangible benefits as well
as cost from decisions taken such as employee and client satisfaction levels.
Future development needs
In order to identify the future development needs, it should require to identify
required skills, knowledge required to do the technical or website development project work
in organized way. There should require to compare actual project requirements with required
for identifying the gaps in current project (Badewi, 2016). After comparing actual and
requirement needs, following development needs are identified as:
Communication skills
Analytical as well as research skills in technical field
Leadership skills
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
Interpersonal abilities of the project team members
Document lessons learned
In order to document the lessons learned, the project team members should review the
lessons learned factors with other team members. The lessons learned are documented in-
depth with the project success criteria. In the lessons learned document, there should require
to record the reasons behind the project improvements and issues. Identification of project
issues is not enough, while it should require to understand the issue originated as well as help

in setting the recommendations for its improvements (Radujković & Sjekavica, 2017). The
