The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of any threatened or traumatic
experience over the life of a soldier. Soldiers have a strict and very difficult lifestyle at their
army camp. This strict life is aimed to manage their physical and psychological balance to
prepare them to face the emergencies or war situations. traumatic situations are common for a
soldier, but after a threatening experience of war these leads many challenges for a soldier to
manage in the civilisation. Wounds of war affect the long term and it affects mental health
more than physical health issues. This study aims to identify the reason that makes their life
challenging and stressful in the case of civilization after a traumatic situation. Soldiers
suffering from PTSD often face challenges hallucinations, difficulty sleeping, nightmares,
and feel sensitively shocked. These indications can considerably harm a soldier’s daily life.
Reason
The reason behind selecting this topic is related to represent the challenges of post-traumatic
stress disorder (PTSD) amongst armed forces, that has been well exposed but still needs a
detailed discussion. this research aim to recognise impact of war experience and additional
effect as expansion of physical illnesses affect the nature of social gatherings and civilisation
in a soldier. Living with these challenges is very critical and this research aims to identify the
challenges a soldier majorly face during the adjustment in a civilized society (Wilson-Smith
& Corr, 2019).
