POST GRADUATIOIN PROJECT
DISSERTION ON EXAMINING THE CHANGES THAT EVOLUTION OF SOCIAL MEDIA
MARKETING HAS BROUGHT IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND
IMPACT OVER UK BUSINESS
During the analysis and evolution of the topic, it was defined the social media act as the boond for the
overall development and growth of the certain businesses defined in UK. It was found that the negative
impact of the social media in UK was majorly defined among the maturing groups of UK. The social media
has been sued as the source of business expansion by majority of the large scale business. In my project,
the concept of the celebrity construction was identified as the basis of increasing the overall profit
generation ability of the defined business.
EMERIGING AND FINDING OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN UK BUSINESS
The influences and the emergence of the social media was defined as the base of determining the online
celebrity. The three major stages considered during the analysis of the project are:
+ Integration of external culture resources
+ The co-construction of web mediated
cultural values
+ Attainment of the online celebrity
These findings have helped in defining the role of social media in generating the organizational culture
capital and relation between online celebrity in the process of defining the strategy formation.
UNDERGRADUATION PROJECT
MARKETING OF MAHINDRA AND LIMITED
The aim of working over this project was to improve and develop the skills based on marketing. It was
ofuhbnd that the company operated within the nine sectors of operations which includes the automotive
segment including sales of automobiles, spare parts and other related services. The IT sector of company
consisted og the rendered IT services, and ways of developing the new software for the company. Apart
from these the company also operated in the sectors such as finance, steel trading, timesharing and
logistics based over the investment based on two vehicles and supermarkets.
In order to understand the overall working and organizational structure of Mahindra the business models
and suitable marketing strategies were analyzed. The accomplishment of the project led to the

improvement in thinking and business handling skills. It helped in the development of the new ideas and
procedures which could be applied over the growth and progress of the specific business in an effective
way.
A C H I E V M E N T
Achievment for me is the way of overcoming barriers and challenges which were identified within myself.
During the time of mu graduation my biggest achievement was I was able of enhance my communication
skills and eliminate my hesitation weakness.
At the time of my post-graduation, I was able to change my nature of being introvert to an extrovert
person. According to me, it my second biggest achievement as this change build up the confidence inside
me for keeping my ideas and sharing them with the ideas of other students. This led to the overall building
of innovation concept inside me.
