AI Summary
This research proposal investigates the severity of poverty in Canada, examining its impact on various segments of the population, including low-income families and workers earning below minimum wage. The study aims to understand the extent of poverty, the challenges faced by affected individuals, particularly concerning child-rearing problems, and the effectiveness of state initiatives designed to combat poverty.
