In a corporate world, professionalism encloses the way a person carries, behaviour, attitude and
the way of communicating with others. A professional is anyone who earns for living by working
anywhere that requires education, skills or training. It is the expertise or talent a person has to
show in front of everyone in order to make the maximum profit of the company.

valuable skill which is must needed in an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship entitle new markets to
develop in the form of technology, goods and services. It covers the ways of making wealth,
these increased earnings provide with the high national income and tax revenues. This helps in
innovation, self-independent and creates employment opportunities. A person can be creative
enough being an entrepreneur, to survive in the practical environment they should spend their
time on creativity to think better and faster. An entrepreneur is successful in their lives when
they are capable of bearing risk, facing rejections, adapt in any situation and knows how to build
a team for the organisation in order to achieve organisational success. Entrepreneurship can be
seen as recognising changes, grabbing opportunities, innovating, taking on risk and
responsibilities, making new values for the satisfaction of the customers and many more doing it
all over again and again. It also has the power to transform communities, succeed by bringing
hope, prosperity, creating new jobs and drive change through innovation. Entrepreneurs benefits

in boosting the economic growth by inventing new products and services as well as innovative
technologies. The competition between the entrepreneur increase which results into more
competitive firms, also provide some new job opportunities for the short and long term.

warehouse so appoints workers in an efficient manner without disturbing the schedule. A
warehouse administrator must have good knowledge of logistic software or transport
management system. It also has to see the stock within organisation and responsible for the data
entry, inventory of all stock.
Quality manager: It includes determination of quality policy, implementing the created quality
planning, quality control and improvement. A quality manager help organisation to achieve
success in their respective industries. They work hard in improving the internal and external
processes, practices, products to provide good value to customers for continuous growth of the
organisation. The managers work repeatedly toward a primary goal of product and process
improvement. They also create production plans for new products keeping a focus on the quality.

Service delivery: The service can be anything from a task to technology. A service delivery may
involve any third party or outsourced supplier beside the provider and client. It is important
because helps the people to get amenities they need by linking them to an organisation who have
resources to provide those services. There are four components of service delivery which are
used by companies to provide the best experience to customers through service delivery.
Logistic Manager: It is a professional who is responsible to oversee the distribution and
purchase of products and services. They are responsible for planning and developing the supply
chain, supervise different aspect of manufacturing, overseeing the quality of goods, scheduling
the delivery of products, providing the customer service and implementing best practices for
returns or refunds, establishing expectations from team members and communicating them,
monitoring progress etc.

Production planner: The production planner is responsible for scheduling use of materials to its
optimum levels. They must evaluate the suppliers or quality timelines to match them with the
goals.
Capacity planner: A capacity planner is a individual who determines the production capacity
and workforce required to meet the demand.
Chief operation officer: A chief operation officer is a senior executive who oversees the daily
administrative and operational functions of any business. They directly report to the chief
executive officer.
Category manager: A category manager is the individual who is responsible for the pricing and
overall promotion of the product or service. They are responsible for the development and
success of any organisation.
The delivery business is growing rapidly in the present time and can grow more in the upcoming
years. I want to involve myself in the delivery business because it has continuous growth and it
will increase constantly. To setup my business I will need funds and connections to find the
desired suppliers and start my business.

Communication skills I respond to the customers on time so that they do not get angry with the
services or any other thing. Usually every customers expects discount on delivery so I have
planned to get such schemes which attracts them to my services. Proper delivery information is
provided to the customers so that they do not get disappoint because of any service rendered.
Even though people shout in any situation, I keep patience which is linked with the possible
career path that is a quality manager. By building good relations with the customers, listening to
their issues, solve the problem if any and communicate with them effectively to avoid any sort of
arguments.
Knowledge about Traffic regulations: I have a proper knowledge of traffic regulations as well
as the sense of driving which to stop. I have a habit of driving slowly as it is important to follow
the traffic rules which in context is connected to the possible career path that is logistic manager.
I will make sure to deliver the product on time with keeping the traffic rules on priority basis as
well as I will keep a good logistic team to represent my company.

Navigation: To ensure that everything delivers on time I have a strong navigation skill which
helps me to use short ways rather than using long one. This helps me to stay on track and it is
linked with possible career path that is warehouse administrator. It will help me in navigating the
short path which can be used to deliver the product on time. I will do proper research on the
navigations so that it will save my time for the next order.
Time management: I am very punctual about my time as I deliver order to the customer within
the given time on the app. I provide customers with the fastest and best experience of my
services which is associated with possible career path that is service delivery. I will give people
with the finest services so that I can make relations with customers for a long term. I will manage
my time according to the needs of the customers to satisfy them with the services I will be
providing. I will make sure that all the customers are satisfied with the services rendered to build
up my delivery services across the globe.

Miscommunication: I will face this challenge only if people are not communicating to each
other properly and the customer service segment do not keep a proper check on the maintained
sheets. It can be done in any situation while delivering the products, between the staffs itself,
creating a negative surroundings and many more. To overcome this problem, I will use my
strength which is effective communication skills, making everyone clear with their own task so
that there is no confusion. Moreover, creates a proper feedback of the customers to provide them
with best services. And to maintain a proper record of the delivered orders, sheets are made for
convenience of the customer and the staff as well.
