INTRODUCTION
PPD is a process by which company and the individual person engage in the process of
learning so that they can meet the challenges as well as goals which they have to achieved. It is
associated with the needs which is to be developed whether it is individual or group (Avalos,
2011). Personal skills are related to counselling along with the coaching staff so that they have to
support them and they have to learn the different things for fulfil the needs. For self growth

presentation. In the health and social care, company have to provide best services so that patients
