INTRODUCTION (2 MARKS)
Reflective practice is the capability and ability to reflect an individual action so they
can easily engage in the procedure of continuous learning and development. This will
help in paying attention to the practical values and beliefs which are informed and
perform every action to examine various practices that are reflectively and reflexively.
Reflective practices have created huge benefit and advantages in order to increase in
self-awareness that is a major key component and elements of emotional intelligence
and also developing a better understanding of others. This practice can help in
developing creative thinking skills and abilities and also motivate to active
engagement in the working process (Park, et. al., 2016).
The aim and purpose of the lesson learned are helping me in enhancing my skills and
knowledge in a better manner. In this lesson, I was learned how to develop and define
the new project and a new phase of existing projects. The initiation and planning are
essential for developing the project and these are the starting stages which need to
learn how to make such steps more appropriate in each manner.
The assignment is based on developing a project in order to follow all the stages of
developing an effective project. Such include planning, initiating, executing, monitoring
and closing. I have learned these lessons which help me in developing and forming an
appropriate project that can be helpful for me in my examinations. With this, I learned
how to increase the chance of getting higher results. This will provide me a fresh point
of view on my project and clear its scope.

2 LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK (6 MARKS)
2.1 Lessons learnt framework explained (1 mark)
During the lecture, I learned to initiate and planning projects where my teachers
provide knowledge and information how to start every project with appropriate
manner. In this, I learned that the members who are involved in this project
management should have ability and skill to deal with such. My teacher provides
information regarding how to use the initiation stage to start the project development
and this will help me in starting the project with the use of accurate resources. In this
stage, firstly I need to plan whole work which is performed by me and also distribute
remaining work among team members. In this lesson, I learnt that I need to focus on
both strength and opportunities of the initiating and planning stage which help me in
identified the main aspect of the study.
Planning and initiation project help me in analyzing and review my whole work which
is performed by me for completing a specific project. While attending this lesson, I feel
that this task is complex because I need to focus on starting stage where I need to
collect all the resources a lesson learned session mainly focus on identifying the
success of the project and failure which are said by my teacher. But for this, I require
to make some modifications and improvements in future performance on projects.
Planning stage learnt how to gain success project management and mainly focus on
developing a roadmap which is followed by everyone (Derakhshan, et. al., 2019).
Teacher teach me that execution is a very important stage where I develop teams,
collect resources, execute project plans, procurement management and manage
project implementation. After that teacher is teaching about how to monitor the project
in a proper manner. for this, I need to ensure that everything should be aligned with
the project management plan and I could use the Key performance indicator
technique which helped me in analyzing the performance and status of the current
project. At last, I learnt how to close the project with the fulfillment of all the resources
and activities in an effective manner.
During the lecture, I feel that I am a little bit confused so that I decided to resolve all
my confusions points and after that focus on studying how to initiate and plan the
project management. But this lesson helps me in learnt various things and enhance

3.1 Defining lessons learnt (or learned) (1 mark)
In this, there are three topics on which I had learnt lessons which helped me in
improved my skills and increasing knowledge. In week 3, I was learnt stakeholders
considerations. In this, the organizational chart helps identify the major stakeholders
which are required for the company. I learnt that stakeholders could be affected by the
company’s activities, strategies, plans, policies, and performance. Various external and
internal stakeholders are working for the company. It includes creditors, employees,
owners, government, and suppliers (Chebbi, et. al., 2019). In this lecture, I was studied
about how organizational structure could impact on the ability to identify the
stakeholders. There are various types of organization which helped in identified the
stakeholders such as functional, matrix and projectized that would be taught by my
teacher. This is all about which I had learnt in the week 3 lecture regarding stakeholders.
