1. INTRODUCTION
The academic session of PPMP20008 has offered many valuable lesions and ii is crucial to retain
the knowledge so that they can be utilised in the future. However, it is also important to retain the
experience gained during this session and hence, I am reflecting on the lessons learnt during this
session. The tables attached below will be used for reflecting before concluding on my
experience.

a tour when suddenly a fight
between two friends broke out.
It made me feel like the tour
was ruined.
One of my other friend
