1. INTRODUCTION (2 MARKS)
Reflective practice is the ability to reflect on one’s action so as to engage in the
process of continuous learning.
The main goal of lesson learnt is provide all the necessary information to upcoming
projects team. These teams are responsible to increase the efficiency of these
projects (Andrade et al., 2013). It will also help to gain experiences that can be
achieved by each completed project.
This assignment contains various types of situations of the PPMP 20008 (Chaves et
al., 2016).It elaborates lesson learnt process of project management. It describes how
to plan for gathering and documenting the lesson learnt processes. This assignment
provides adequate knowledge on the subject especially different kinds of situation of
the lesson learnt.

2.1Lessons learnt framework explained (1 mark)
The lesson learnt framework for project management will be the development of the test bed
infrastructure for performing the test and evaluate the novel solutions (Duffield & Whitty,
2015). It provides several guidelines regarding the planning and performing the experiments.
It can also be treated as the framework for performing the evaluation.
