6. CONCLUSION
It is concluded that the lessons learnt is based on managing the issues related to project cost
estimation, resource issues and conflict issues. Therefore, I have planned to take of proper
improvement strategies so that I can manage all the issues on time. I performed of weekly
meetings with the team so that all the issues are overcome on time before it provides bad effects
on the project work and successfully completion of the plan.
