1. Introduction
Reflective practice is a process which includes the action and activity which is involved
during the implementation of the task. This practice is starting from the learning and
continues until the achievement. Practices are always based on theories or principle. It
is a significant role in an individual or a group where they can develop innovative
thinking skills in their task. The qualification od Master in Project management is where I
put my knowledge and effort on the same platform. It helps to improve the skills of an
individual or a group and helps to maintain the project activities. This report will be
based on self-reflection in which Project experts discussed their experience and two
important lessons which were learned during the project. For this purpose, the report will
generate to understand those issues or error which might be established during the
project management.

reflecting on the situation
During the PPMP2008, I
experienced that there is
loss of resource, which is
not an appropriate action
during the project. It is the
primary strategy of a team
that we should optimize
and utilize the resources.
But due to the lack of
knowledge and
communication in the
group members, we faced
this situation.
Improper utilization of
resources increased the
time complexity and cost of
the project. It was a critical
issue which was faced by
each member. We should

things are going in the
same way. It would be
difficult to handle or
manage things properly. It
extends the time of the
project, and the cost goes
beyond the limit (Doan, &
Shaw. 2019).
It is the responsibility of
each member of the team
that how the resource will
be optimized and what kind
of modification is required
to sustain this issue. Due
to this, I was going in the
negative zone where I lost
hope. It is essential to me

6. Conclusion
This report concluded about the lesson learnt during the PPMP2008. For this purpose, the
report generated over self-reflection in which team member describes the lesson
framework. In which when who and how was described. It was entirely over planning and
gathering information regarding PPMP2008. The report defined some situation which was
occurred during the project. It was a critical situation to handle, but the proper
management and decision-making skills improve the project. Practical strategies and
approaches were also discussed. Team members effectively measure these strategies by
the help of success and appreciate from the team members. Being a part of the
PPMP2008, I will be able to manage every project in the future.
