1. INTRODUCTION
Reflective practice is a type of ability which reflects the actions involved in the
completion. This process continues from the learning to achievement. It examines the
practice by relevant theories and principle. It helps the individual for creative thinking
and motivation for involvement in the working process. It plays a vital role in developing
self-awareness. It is vital for better understanding and emotional intelligence. The
beneficial aspect of determining the strength and weakness of itself. PPMP2008
improved my team working skills and enhances my ability to perform something new.
This report will be based on reflection, and it addressed two lessons are framework and
improvement analysis. These both lessons are essential to measuring the success of
the project.
2 LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK

types of data that are
primary and secondary. I
used the facts, figures and
other required information
for fulfilling the objectives
or purpose of the project.
Apart from this, I also took
the help of various books,
journals, articles,
newspapers, online sites,
etc. All these sources help
me in getting to know
about many situations
(Yousif, 2018).
The major source of
information for me that is
literature. While collecting
the information I faced
many challenges that kept
me in big confusions. Like:

that “x” company’s revenue
is “00” on the other hand,

to involve relevant
literature, books, and
articles. All these helps me
in getting the relevant
figures and information
about the Cost, resource,
risk, project justification,
stakeholders, etc. (all
these are my week’s topic).
I took the peer-reviewed
articles and journals from
the CQU library itself. I
selected only those articles
which publish after or in
between 2014 to 2019.
The reason behind this is I
planned to gather only the
latest information or
theories in this. These
books help me in gathering
famous theories and
various analysis tools.
I set my own goal and
schedule my time
First, I took all the relevant
data and figures and then I
insert information as per
the requirement of the
project. All the information
that I have given is true
and up to date as per my
knowledge.
I insert information on the
basis of the brief, as many
times the only short
discussion is required but
many times details

date from 2014 to 2019.

in our group. It is the most
critical situation for me to

3. What I learnt from
reflecting on the situation
PPMP2008 required
proper planning method for
the implementation. In our
group, we are not able to
work according to the pre-
planned activities. My team
works were not able to
achieve integrated
success. It happens due to
lack of collaboration in the
team.
I analysed that our
research is improper and
there is a considerable
amount of unnecessary
which doesn’t require for
the project. Implementation
of planning leads from the
interaction and
communication in the team
members. There is a lack
of discussion during the
PPMP2008. Team
members are doing their
work without getting ideas
and perception of other
teammates.
This situation made me
dissatisfied from the
situation. Dissatisfaction
towards the project, it
made me feel sad that is it
happen our project
completed or not. This
situation turned me down
and lost my hope. As per
my opinion, the project
needs to work when
members are collaborative
and follow each aspect.
Only my efforts do not
count here, so I need to
developed cooperative
team members.
During PPMP2008, I
realised that team member
should recognise the rules
and regulation of the team.
It requires proper
consideration for the pre-
planning. I want to tell
them without planning. We
will not be able to achieve
our expected target and
success.
I learnt from this situation that
planning is significant for
completion of the project. I
discovered that before
deciding the proper
preparation. I need to
consider all the team
member if they are ready to
follow up the planning
methods. According to my
perception, I thought that no
need to panic if things are not
following the specific path.
It learnt how to handle this
kind of critical situation. This
situation reflects an
encouragement towards my
skills. When I felt that any
team members did not follow
planning. I decided to step
towards an alternative or
solution to this situation. I
recommend stopping this at
the same time. Conduct a
meeting which enhances the
motivation in the team and
asks them if they require
some changes.

4. CONCLUSION
In this study, all the discussion is made regarding the experience that I have got while performing
the task of the projects. In this project, I have used both types of data that are primary and
secondary with all the related journals and articles. Apart from this, I have concluded that
documented lessons are the process which should be started from the beginning of the project
because it is the ongoing process rather than making an end. Relevant journals and articles are
the peer-reviewed journals that I take from the CQU library. However, not only this I also took the
help of google and various websites for taking the content but all the content is relevant and valid.
Apart from this, I learned about many theories which are relevant to the management and many of
these theories are very old but still adopted by many managers. I had faced many challenges also
like getting the different information about the same topic, etc but with the help of my tutors I able
to complete the project on time. In the end, I have made a questionnaire and surveys reports for
getting an exact ongoing scenario in the people’s mind.
