1. INTRODUCTION
Reflective practice is a type of ability which reflects the actions involved in the
completion. This process continues from the learning to achievement. It examines the
practice by relevant theories and principle. It helps the individual for creative thinking
and motivation for involvement in the working process. It plays a vital role in developing
self-awareness. It is vital for better understanding and emotional intelligence. The
beneficial aspect of determining the strength and weakness of itself. PPMP2008
improved my team working skills and enhances my ability to perform something new.
This report will be based on reflection, and it addressed two lessons are framework and
improvement analysis. These both lessons are essential to measuring the success of
the project.

4. CONCLUSION
In this study, all the discussion is made regarding the experience that I have got while performing
the task of the projects. In this project, I have used both types of data that are primary and
secondary with all the related journals and articles. Apart from this, I have concluded that
documented lessons are the process which should be started from the beginning of the project
because it is the ongoing process rather than making an end. Relevant journals and articles are
the peer-reviewed journals that I take from the CQU library. However, not only this I also took the
help of google and various websites for taking the content but all the content is relevant and valid.
Apart from this, I learned about many theories which are relevant to the management and many of
these theories are very old but still adopted by many managers. I had faced many challenges also
like getting the different information about the same topic, etc but with the help of my tutors I able
to complete the project on time. In the end, I have made a questionnaire and surveys reports for
getting an exact ongoing scenario in the people’s mind.
