How do
organisations

manager?
 Organizations select the best
employee through extensive
screening and interview process.
 The best project manager is
appointed by analysing the most
suitable attributes of the project
manager.
From my experience, it is evident that every
organization pick the best employee who
would work as a team to achieve their
objectives. The appropriate project
manager is also selected based on his
qualities and past experiences in similar
projects.

 The project manager must be adept
at handling any project and treating

 By doing so they would be able
handle any project skilfully with very

In my experience, I could see that every
good project manager handles each project
uniquely and that makes them successful.

 Projects fail without the right project
manager.
In my experience, one of the key
responsibilities of the project manager is to
oversee that the project objectives are met.
Without such supervision from such project
manager, projects tend to fail.

are they different?
 Project managers from ten years ago
principally followed waterfall and
predictive style of project approach.
 Today, project managers chiefly
follow agile and adaptive style to
project approach.
Ten years ago, the project managers were
rigid in their approach to different projects.
They would follow pre-determined steps to
complete any project. These days, project
managers apply the most suitable
approaches to projects after critically
analysing every project.
