The different factors of the projects
should be considered in order to maintain
the efficiency of the project and while
prioritizing the projects. It allows the
priority analysis of a certain project by

Divisional product based: this is one
more type of organizational structure,
which comprises of various sub-divisional
structures. These sub-divisional structures
are smaller.
Market-based organizational structure:
it provides the right to the CEO of the
organization and divides it to the
commercial distributors.
Circular, matrix and process based: this
structure is vital for the project
management and carrying out the
activities by dividing the responsibilities
among members of the project.
Project manager has various bosses. They
are same of the number of heads of that
particular organization. The functional
team would have three bosses; they
include executives and leader manager.
The manager and the executive are the
bosses of functional manager.
