structure is vital for the project
management and carrying out the
activities by dividing the responsibilities
among members of the project.
Project manager has various bosses. They
are same of the number of heads of that
particular organization. The functional
team would have three bosses; they
include executives and leader manager.
The manager and the executive are the
bosses of functional manager.
