number of people with best skills are ensured by triple
constraints such as:
 Scope: The project requirements are seek to achieve
of projects scope. The proper resources are available
have best knowledge. The team can ramp up quickly.
 Cost: If the project budget is allowed for 1 developer,
1 project manager and 1 project sponsor. It ensures
to manage project manager’s expectations.
 Schedule: How fast the project resources can
complete the project on time.

the project manager should be aware of
scope creep. The causes of scope creep
are poor requirements, underestimation
of project complexity, and lack of change

By reading this course, I learnt that scope creep into the
project management is referred to the continuous changes
and there is uncontrolled growth into project scope. It is
occurred when scope of project is not defined and
documented.
