as to succeed. I have learnt that without
proper project management there exists high
changes of failure of the project.
I have learnt that project management acts
as one of the important factor responsible
for success of the project. It greatly effects
the performance of an organization. Project
management also helps in increasing the
productivity of any organisation by proper
allocations and efficient use of various
resources which are needed for the project.

I have learnt that project management
generally involves the use of peoples,
processes and methodologies so as to plan,
initiate, and monitor and close any activity
this is generally done so as to meet the goals
of an organisation and hopefully the overall
strategic objective. Whereas, change
management generally refers to the way in
which an organization mange all the changes
that occurs weather it is a part of the project
initiative or other factors which might affect
the business. Change management is almost
similar to project management and also
involves peoples, processes and tools which
help in managing the changes.
