Project management is one of the essential
procedure which is needed by the project so
as to succeed. I have learnt that without
proper project management there exists high
changes of failure of the project.
I have learnt that project management acts
as one of the important factor responsible
for success of the project. It greatly effects
the performance of an organization. Project
management also helps in increasing the
productivity of any organisation by proper
allocations and efficient use of various
resources which are needed for the project.

I hve seen there exists various benefits of
implementing project management strategies
for success of any project.
After analysing the concept of project
management I have seen that there exists
several benefit of using the project
management strategy. Some of the major
benefits includes the improved efficiency
whie delivering of the products or services,
improved rate of customer satisfaction, new
opportunities for expanding the services,
increased amount of risk assessment and
may more.

Previous I used to work in an unorganised way
but no as I have started working following

How would you
describe project
management and
change?
I have learnt that project management
generally involves the use of peoples,
processes and methodologies so as to plan,
initiate, and monitor and close any activity
this is generally done so as to meet the goals
of an organisation and hopefully the overall
strategic objective. Whereas, change
management generally refers to the way in
which an organization mange all the changes
that occurs weather it is a part of the project
initiative or other factors which might affect
the business. Change management is almost
similar to project management and also
involves peoples, processes and tools which
help in managing the changes.

Ther are many cases in my life where I want to
change something. One example of such is the
way how I organize myself in doing my daily
works. I have made a schedule for doing some
of the works. I have divided my daily activities
into serval time slots so as to complete those.

which is considered as a set of plan that can
be implemented so as to accomplish a
specified goal. And lastly the project it is a set
of interrelated tasks which is to be executed
over a fixed period of time and is also within a
certain cost and other type of limitations.

name any?
Project management life cycle or project
lifecycle mainly refers to the four steps which
is followed by almost every project managers
for the successful completion of the project.
I have seen that project life cycle mainly
consists of four steps and this includes the
initiation phase, planning phase, execution
phase and lastly the closure phase.
Why do you think
we need project
management
methodologies?
I have seen that for successful completion of
every project there is need of project
management. All projects are not of similar
type so different project methodologies are
required for different types of project so as to
understand the nature of the project and
implement certain ways by which success can
be achieved.
