Schedule: The project was on schedule and completed within estimated schedule.

As discussed in the portfolio, I am engaged to analyze the role and responsibilities f the
project manager so that I can look over the shoulder of the project manager to ensure that
the work along with request is best interest of the company.
Effective leadership of the project team is considered as important factor which determine
whether or not the project is successful. When the project manager is not establishing the
leadership role and their responsibilities for the start of the project, then it is difficult for
development of cohesive as well as higher performing team.
While dedicated to work as well as overall project, then the project manager digs to the
details of the organization. Into the small companies, there is requirement of big boss on the
project manager. In order to solve the challenges into the project, the project team members
are encouraged to create a good organizational environment.
The kick off meeting of the project is best setting for introducing the expectations of the

members about the undesired destructive roles.
The key is the project manager, as leader to prevent destructive roles from development by
